Dr. Johnson was my primary care physician for many years and was kind but I always felt I was getting a quick, standard treatment then sent on my way very quickly, and after waiting 45 min on average just to see her. I waited in the lobby for 2 hours one time before they even called me back then it was 30 minutes before she came into my room and I think they tried to blame it on the remodeling. 2 and a half hours. Thats a slap in the face to me and I think thats the last time I went. She also carelessly gave me prescriptions without educating me on them or following up with me. She also treated me for things that seemed beyond her scope instead of referring me to someone who understood the issue better. So overall I dont feel like shes concerned with spending time with her patients and helping them to feel better when its anything beyond a strep test or flu shot.

Doctor Johnson, She has been a player in helping the sick and folks needing care for many years. I have been a patient for many of those years. I may be getting old! It is rare to have a smile each time you enter a medical office, and then walk out with a correct action plan of attack; on your health. Now that I am 50, Doctors are a key role in our health here in America. Thank you Dr. Cheryl for standing up, and hitting "Home-runs every-time" for the many patients who visit you; and she does it with such class and dignity! Scores of Health, W. Bruce

I have been a patient for years and will no longer be seeing Dr. Johnson. The staff is not helpful and frankly incompetent. When hospitalized the staff deferred and Dr. Johnson could not be reached. She does not answer phone calls. Staff is unwilling to relay a message and a medical assistant is the only person who calls. This is unacceptable and conveys that Dr. Johnson is too busy or must not care. Most doctors occasionally will make phone calls to patients for emergent situations. I would not recommend this provider/clinic.

I have been going to Dr. Cheryl Johnson for about 2 years now and she is great. But her staff and nurses and completely incompetent and so unfriendly. I am switching my primary care physician because of her staff and nurses. They have messed up almost everytime I need a RX called in. They call in the wrong thing or to the wrong pharmacy. They are so unfriendly. They never smile or greet you and have no level of professionalism. Very disappointed I have to switch doctors because they cant hire good staff.

Best doctor I know. You do have to set up prescription refills a month in advance because she is such a good doctor and appointments fill up fast but she knows what she is doing and is so friendly and efficient. She has filled out forms for my drivers liscence yearly and plasma medical forms that clear me from blood pressure meds I didnt need in the first place so I can now donate plasma again. She is the best family doctor I know in Utah.

My first encounter with the Drs staff was just now, I called to make an appointment and they were delightful, helpful and professional. Yes, I waited for a sec or two but so what, it is worth it to get such genuinely nice and helpful medical professionals.
