I have been in horrible pain for almost 2 months because of the poor practices of this doctors office. Everytime I call they make me leave a message for the doctor and even if I mark it is urgent I dont get a call back from Dr. Coy for at least 3 days even though he knows I am in pain. I had an MRI done to see if something serious (tumor, bleeding, life threatening things) were causing the problem and even though the hospital had sent him the results and he knew they were coming in he didnt call me back for 5 days. I ran out of pain medication and couldnt get a refill for 4+ days because I can NEVER get a hold of him. Then I had a CT done to see if my sinuses(the suspected root problem) were still causing the pain or if it was something else and I called to get the results, as the hopsital instructed me to do, and the receptionist was extremely rude, kept interrupting me and lied about transferring me to a nurse and I got sent straight to voicemail. The nurse was very nice and got right back to me just to confirm what I already knew that I needed to make a followup(which is what I had attempted multiple times to tell the receptionist) and sent me back to the receptionist. The receptionist was rude again and said I couldnt get in for 2 weeks. I explained Id been in pain and just wanted my CT results and needed to get in sooner and she just didnt care and refused to even talk to Dr. Coy(who would have confirmed that I needed to get in sooner) and said she wouldnt schedule me sooner than 2 weeks. I could have had this resolved easily within 3 weeks based on the treatment they have actually given me when I can get a hold of them but because no one at this office (except the nurses) know how to do their job I have been in daily debilitating pain for almost 2 months. Please please dont ever go to this office. I am not easy to upset and put a lot of faith and trust in my doctors which is why I have put up with this as long as I have but this office managed to break me by showing their complete lack of concern for the pain I have been enduring. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else.

Melody at the front desk was having a rough day. She got frustrated when she was put in a situation she didnt know how to handle. She made a bad choice when she was trying to help - although unsuccessfully -a patient at the front desk. Melody lost her professionalism and poorly represented IHC when she told this patient that they were rude and she was resisted taking any responsibility for the problem at hand. As a person well trained in customer service and patient care I know the first rule. You NEVER NEVER EVER talk to a patient or a customer that way no matter what the situation is - it shows that you have limited ability to deal with people which is a major part of health care. I just hope that her supervisor feels the same way that I do about customer service. 1 star. I have a new provider now - Carry On! No need to be miserable in life - Poor Melody. :(

We did the call ahead and didn’t have to wait that long, the staff was ok but when the doctor came in he was fast to say that my daughter just had the flu after giving her a once over he said to keep up with the Tylenol and Ibuprofen to keep the fever down and that was it. Well after having her home and the clinic had closed she was much worse screaming in pain with a fever of 104 after having the medicine so we ended up taking her into the ER and the Doctor there looked in her throat and said it is obviously sore and did a strep test which came back positive the infection had spread to her sinus which is what was causing her all the pain. We will now have a large ER bill all because a doctor couldn’t take the time to order a simple strep test and just brushed us off.

Dr. C is a great doctor/his nursing staff equally...but the office staff is about as intrusive and judgmental as they come. Forget about Dr./Patient confidentiality with this group. Everyone and I mean everyone in this office knows or has to know about why your calling to talk to your Dr./nurse. I miss the the days when you could call and talk one on one with him or his nurses and feel not judged. But once you ask to leave even a msg. for his nurses you get the 20 questions. I hate having to explain why I need to see my doctor. Your the office staff. If you were a nurse yes I would tell you that I have certain issues that I consider private. The docs are great but the office staff is not. BEWARE of Dr/patient rights cause they dont apply here.

The doctor was great on my visit but would not see my husband because we was 10 mins late. It was our first appt and we had our little girls with us and sometimes parents are late. We apologized. The receptionist was rude as well. I started a new medication and was having horrible side effects and I never got a call back so I called back the next morning and the receptionist tried to give me medical advice on anxiety meds!!! I cancelled my appt and started seeing a new doctor. My husband will so the same. Not a fan of this practice!!

Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Incredibly rude front desk staff, very long wait times, 2-3 week wait for lab/imaging results, even though they have the results in office virtually the whole time. They just dont want to take the time to relay those results. No empathy, you are just a number to them and an annoyance. They bill to insurance incorrectly constantly as well. They have simply taken on too many patients to give quality care.

Weve found the office staff to be very polite and supportive. My wife called for an appointment this morning at 8:10 and was seeing our own doctor...Villalobos... at 9:00. Weve only lived in the area for 7 months so we havent had this doctor for very long but my wife and I are both older with some chronic health issues and Dr. V has been very caring and helpful. Were so happy we found this clinic.

The insta care was terrible. I was allergic to their gloves, but they used them anyways and I had an allergic reaction. The doctor didnt even see me for 5 minuets. He sent me home and told me to take a cough drop for my sore throat. I ended up in the ER later that day. My throat was so swollen it had closed. I wouldnt recommend this facility to anyone.

Really great staff and clinic. They go above and beyond to offer excellent patient care. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about each individual. I wish all my family members were closer, because I would send everyone I know to this clinic!

The Front desk was terrible and very rude! The nurses and Doctor were great and went above and beyond. But the Front desk if the first thing you see and as very disappointed how I was treated for just coming in to my appointment
