Dr. Wilson, Dr. Payne, Dr. Little, all vets, the entire staff, and everyone there has a deep love for animals and great people skills. They have been taking care of my numerous elderly and special needs dogs for 10+ years, and I will never go anywhere else. From knee surgeries, doggie cancer, congestive heart failure, "final visits", to routine ear infections and vaccinations, this is the single best veterinary clinic I have ever experienced. Theres a reason they have been in business a very long time at the same location, and its the outstanding people and veterinary talent that make this the ONLY place to care for your animal. I have also found their rates to be very reasonable, especially compared to other animal clinics in Collin County. They all do their work because they LOVE animals and they care about the people who also love animals. Every person who works there seems to view their work as a true "calling" rather than "just a job". Everyone there is very intelligent, highly knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, good-humored, extremely hard working, and absolutely loves taking care of our animals. Thank you so very, very much!

Before I begin, Let me first make it clear that my cats are like my kids. Having a vet who actually cares is a MAJOR necessity in my book. I took my eldest cat, who is 14 or 15, to a vet here in Allen. Turns out he has Hyper-thyroid disease. The other vet gave him pills that made him really sick. When I took him back, they took him off the meds and left it at that. Now, about a month later, I found Animal Hospital of Collin County. I took Solo (my male 15 yr old cat) to them hoping for good news. My baby boy was so skinny it was scary. They took his blood test and actually got back to me that very same day! They confirmed that he had Hyper-thyroid, but instead of writing him off like the other vet, I was told about several other options for him. I was sent home with a prescription of a topical medicine. Its worked! my baby boy is feeling and looking so much better! I feel that this vet saved my babys life. I could not be more thankful. I now have to relocate to Omaha, NE. I am worried that I will not find a vet as caring as this one. If you love your animals, this is the place to take them for their health care because they love them too!

We love these vets and their staff. They obviously care deeply about the animals that are under their care. We have a Great Dane thats a little over 1 1/2 years old that weve been taking there since 8 weeks old. They gave us a lot of behavioral info about how to properly train and socialize our pup. We get compliments about him all the time. They have been there when Ive had any questions or concerns about not only his health, but his emotional and mental well-being. Theyve provided excellent basic care and maintenance. However, the main reason Im taking the time to write this review is they quite simply saved our dogs life. He had happy tail and injured the tip of his tail. He then developed an infection, so the tail wouldnt heal. We ended up having to do surgery to remove the tail. It was a long road that involved twice a day bandage changes even on the weekends. The vets and their staff were there with us the whole time.

I have been going to the Animal Hospital of Collin County for about 10 years now. Dr. Wilson, Dr. Little and Dr. Payne are fantastic!!! The staff is also wonderful. Im not the only one who thinks so. I referred a friend of mine to the office this past month and the feedback I received was incredible. Each doctor came out and met her and her furkid. Where are you going to go and receive that type of attention? I volunteer with a boxer rescue and have even taken my fosters in to see Dr. Little who has a soft spot for boxers. The staff has always treated my fosters with the same care and concern that they give my furkids. If you are looking for an honest and caring group of people who go above and beyond to care for your furkid, you need to visit the team at the Animal Hospital of Collin County. They are fantastic!

My sweet kitty, Lili, has received only the best care from the administrative staff, from Dr. Payne and the wonderful techs at The Animal Hospital of Collin County. And I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. And, praises go out to the clinic staff again! I have rescued badly physically abused dog and the Hospital allowed me to board him at their facility, and they attended to their medical needs. (I paid for the medical and boarding bills, as the Hospital has to pay their bills.) When I would make my daily trips to walk the dog, the entire staff would give me “briefs” on this little dog’s progress. This group of individuals really enjoys their job!

Ive been a client of the Animal Hospital of Collin County for over 25 years. There are plenty of reasons why I love this office but #1 is the caring staff. From the time you make an appointment to the time you pay your bill, you are treated like a valued family member. They dont like to perform unnecessary tests or charge you an arm & a leg to take care of my furkid. Heck, I dont even live in the area anymore and still make the drive to Allen for vet services. Dr. Jerry Wilson has to be the most compassionate person in this business! The highest form of flattery is to recommend a friend or a colleague, I would do that in a heartbeat for this business.

They saved my cats life when she was a kitten. When my brother found her, she was 6-8 weeks old and so weak from malnutrition and dehydration that she could barely stand. She was rushed to AHCC. They didnt know if she would make it, but they promised to do what they could. She was left in their care and they worked a miracle. That was 17 years ago and shes still doing well. Bc of their care, that little black lump of skin and bones grew into a healthy, tall, beautiful, 10 lb cat that means the world to me. I have AHCC to thank for that. ❤

I was exceptionally pleased with the treatment of our dog and the professionalism of the staff. Not only was the staff professional they are really nice people. Something that was important to me was that the bills are reasonable. Some places charge you for every little thing and I did not find this at Collin County Animal Hospital. The technicians and physicians took the time to discuss medical issues with me and explain common dog issues. I would strongly recommend Animal Hospital of Collin County for a variety of reasons!

I just moved to the Allen area and have four rescue dogs so needless to say, I needed to find a vet quickly. One of our tribe had an emergency and thats when we found Animal Hospital of Collin County. They were so helpful and compassionate and unlike some vets, seemed to care about smaller dogs. We appreciated Dr. Jerry Wilson very much along with his staff. Since we have four, weve been back to see him a time or two since then. I feel very comfortable with their level of care and their staff is always attentive.
