Followed Dr. Lollie here and have seen both her and her hubby Dr. Darryl with my pets. They are both highly skilled, keeping current with new techniques and training, professional yet approachable and friendly, and extremely caring when it comes to pets with problems or illnesses. My pets arent afraid of either doctor because they receive a soft touch and gentle speech. These are all winning attributes in my book! We have had Dr. Lollie as our vet for many years and know how great she is! This clinic is top notch. Quality vet care doesnt come cheap but theyve managed to continue to give the best possible care and remain reasonably priced. They also give you options when pricing doesnt fit a budget for difficult problems. The staff is equally highly trained and friendly and its comforting to see the interaction between them as professionals yet friendly and caring. I was pleased to see in-house labs too as sometimes waiting to get results back can be grueling. Its farther to travel here from where Dr. Lollie was before but I will gladly do so to have her caring for my "4-legged children!" We want our "children" to get the same kind of medical care we seek for ourselves when were sick and we find that right here with Dr. Lollie and Dr. Darryl! They are simply the best youll find anywhere!! I highly recommend them.

Dr. Lollie Mensik has taken care of my fur babies for almost 8 years and there are no words to describe the amazing person and vet that she is. Every single person on her staff is just as amazing and really take care of your fur babies as if they were their own. One of my mini schnauzers would not have made it past 14 years old if it wasnt for Dr. Mensik. There were many vet emergencies where she went above and beyond to save him. Not only does she take exceptional care of your pet but she also takes amazing care of the pet owner. When I lost my mini schnauzer she was there along the way to handle all arrangements, regardless that it was a holiday weekend and her office was closing. She continues to take care of my other Senior mini schnauzer today and I know he is in the best of hands. There is an indescribable sense of security knowing that you have such a trusted and talented person to take care of your family members. Hands down, making her my vet is one of the best decisions Ive ever made. I hope everyone gets to be so lucky and call this vet their own.

I have taken my spoiled beagle to several kennels for boarding and have been told that she had lots of fun and made friends. I never quite believed this because she doesnt like to be confined and isnt overly social. When I took her to County Creek for boarding, I was especially happy that they are so close to my home, and I was so impressed by how clean the facility is and how nice it is. They let me see where she would be kept and I felt comfortable leaving her there. What surprised me was that Lucy didnt get a "glowing report" saying she had such fun and did great. They were honest with me and told me she had separation issues and was very nervous. Dr. Minsek recommended giving her a small amount of medicine to help calm her down and she did much better the next time she boarded. It was wonderful to have the vet be honest with me about Lucy and he took quite a bit of time to explain the issues with me. Now when I take Lucy for boarding, she walks in happy and wagging her tail and I know she will be well taken care of.

We brought our Pomeranian here when we first got him 3 yes ago. We found the place very clean. The doctor and staff were extremely nice. We groomed our dog at that place, came for yearly checkups and paid the hefty price for boarding during the Summer. However, this past year they somehow kept scheduling us for follow up visits without asking us to confirm. This resulted in making us "No shows" several times. When I called to make an actual appointment, they asked me to talk to the doctor first. The doctor got on the phone and proceeded to tell me, he can no longer accept us as his patients because we have not shown to appointments and have been cancelling too many times. I felt I had no chance to explain that you cant schedule appointments on behalf of your patients nd expect them to show up when they never made the appointment....very unfortunate and unprofessional.

We are new to the area and have only had one appointment with Dr. Lollie. We selected Country Creek Animal Hospital because of all the great reviews and what appeared to be excellent boarding facilities from what I could tell online. I can assure you, they are as nice when seen in person as they appear online. Our cat Gracie will be so happy to be on her own floor, separate from the poochies, and she will have a room with a view! Equally as pleasant are Dr. Lollie, and her staff. Very warm and welcoming, and addressed every concern and made sure we were not rushed. After her appointment; I was given a complete tour of the immaculate facility, and I left feeling very reassured that Gracies boarding stays will be pleasant. As long as our home is in Allen; Gracies home away from home, and Vet, will be Country Creek Animal Hospital, Dr. Lollie and her pleasant staff!

I brought two of my three dogs in and had a wonderful experience very loving caring so my male dog has a open growth the size of a golf ball and bleeding freely now. I called them thinking they could at least find a resource that is safe for my family. I was put on hold for almost 2 mins. no biggie they have to be busy(my babies are always into something) I let them know up front I cant afford anything. I need information and a point in the right direction. I gave her my name and she put me on hold another 1 or so. The receptionist came on the phone "mam sorry for the long wait but we have no payment plans and would have to have money up front." I said "I understand is there a place or someone you can recommend to help me get him to a safe place that can help for my baby." She then says "mam do you have a computer?" Yes mam I have a computer.

I have a Senior dog, (14 year old, Labrador) Dr. Lollie has been providing his Veterinary care for most of his life. Everything from routine annual exams, vaccines etc. to the occasional illness and injury. He also boards at CCAH when business travel takes me away from home. The entire CCAH team are professional and friendly. The primary focus of EVERY person on their staff, is the health and well being of your pet! Dr. Lollie takes the time to listen to the owners concerns and to answer questions (no matter what they are) in a kind and compassionate way. The information she shares allows you (the owner) to make the best possible decision for your pet. I always receive timely follow up calls, to check on how treatment is going at home, or to provide lab results. I would give them 100 Stars if I could! VERY highly recommend!
