I would give no star if I could. The receptionist is an angel but the technician has horrible work attitude and is incompetent and ignorant. She assumes that customer knows nothing and that she liternally kicked me out of the clinic. I wanted to bring my pet to travel internationally. I have done all the work which include micro-chipping, vaccine, import permit, and I told her I would even bring the health cert to NIES for endorsement. All I need is a health exam and a document from the vet. She keeps yelling at me saying that bringing a pet is a very complicated process, sounded like she is sweating on her job each day, and she thought customer do not know a thing. Stay away from this place.

I had read positive reviews on Chase Oaks Animal Clinic and really wanted to take my dog there as a result. I called early in the week and couldnt get an appointment until Friday (end of week). My yorkie was not well and continued to get worse. I tried to get an appointment moved up and the scheduler didnt seem to care about my dogs condition and could not offer an earlier appointment. I had to take my dog to another vet on Thursday and sadly we had to put her down that day. I just wish Chase Oaks would have shown more care for a sick dog call in.

Weve tried a few other pet clinics here in Dallas, but we always seem to come back here. The important factors of a vet clinic to us are how willing they are to explain any procedure or diagnosis, how patient and calm they are with our dogs, how familiar they are with our dogs (especially after seeing Jerzee for years) and how knowledgeable they are with the latest pet care trends (whether they really are helpful or not). I would recommend them to anyone!

My family and I have taken all of our pets to Dr. Sanders for almost 20 years now. I would never take my animal child anywhere else. The staff is so friendly and always very helpful, I trust no one else with my dog other than the family at Chase Oaks. Dr. Sanders is such a great person and truly cares about all the animals and families that work with him. I will always send anyone I know to Chase Oaks!

Very impressed with Dr. Sanders and his staff. I have never had a vet be so thorough and interested in my dog and his issues. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and questions. I was never pushed to buy any products/supplements etc. I felt so relieved leaving with some clear answers on my dogs health. Great customer service and professionalism. Will recommend the Dr. to friends.

Dr. Sanders and his staff couldnt be better. They know me by my voice when I call and the name of my dog (especially Andrea). Dr. Sanders always takes time with me and I never feel rushed. Hes helped me out with many health concerns with my dog and oversaw a hip surgery on her as well. I hope he stays open forever (or at least as long as my little companion is around).

Great clinic! The Vet we saw is very smart and practical. I dont feel like they are trying to scam you into purchasing unnecessary food or medical procedures. They really seem to care about what is best for your pet! Also, our dog had an injury and the Vet took great care ensuring that we understood the mechanisms of the injury. Definitely recommend this place!

Ive gone to Dr. Sanders for years for all of my dogs. He is a great vet and very experienced. I LOVE him as a doctor but the new nurse and receptionist are just plain rude. I reccomend him but be careful of the other rude staff. (Btw dont ever get a DNA test from there. They overcharged me something I couldve gotten for $100 less online)
