"Above and Beyond" doesnt begin to describe the amazing staff at Kindness, especially Nancy and Justin who are absolute heroes! While we were overseas on a 2 week trip and the boarding facility where we had left our dog Ivy failed to provide reasonable care, we found ourselves faced with how to get her to a better safer more caring place from 5000 miles away...Kindness Small Animal Hospital to the rescue!! Nancy spent 30 minutes on the phone with me, patiently listening to the details of our situation and helping me strategize a solution to get Ivy there from the other facility. Justin, aka CEO of Awesomeness, went to pick her up, and got her settled in at her new "hotel" at Kindness, where she received excellent care for the remainder of our trip. These folks are truly heroes, and their level of commitment to animals is outstanding. Thank you thank you thank you to the angels at Kindness Small Animal Hospital, where the name truly is a reflection of the incredible people who work there!!!!

Dr. Neeman genuinely cares about his patients and their parents . I have been with this clinic for several years and never once have I felt rushed or slighted. The staff is fabulous. The new clinic is classy and well laid out. My three girls which range from from small to large breeds all have been seen and taken well care of. My questions are answered and I have received several calls with test results from Dr. Neeman himself. If you are looking for a wonderful clinic with a caring staff and a knowledgeable vet who really cares then this is it. My pitbull went in for the first time for a rash and Dr. Neeman immediately saw a mass in her eye that we hadnt even known about. He referred us to an eye doctor and she is now being taken care of. While she may still lose her eye the prognosis is better and we know what to watch for.. Thank you Dr. Neeman and staff for taking such good care of my girls and keeping the anxiety down for us parents.

Kindness Small Animal Hospital was referred to me by good friends when my 15 year old cat, Izzie, was acting like she was in pain and developed a large knot on her back. They got us in shortly after I called and Dr. Bodenhamer was simply amazing. Luckily, the bump was just an abscess. Izzie had surgery that afternoon and was home that evening with a round of antibiotics. Dr. Bodenhamer is attentive, sensitive to both you and your animal, and very thorough. He even called to check on Izzie the next day!!! My sweet girl is back to her old self and I have found a vet I can trust! Thank you, Kindness Small Animal Hospital, Dr. Bodenhammer and staff!

We have been with Kindness for years and would not entrust our beloved kids (dogs) to anyone other than Dr. Neeman and his staff. The Veterinarian and staff are consistently courteous and thorough, and they take time to address any concerns. A few years ago we had a beautiful girl who lived past 15 years. Dr. Neeman saved her life more than once, but a time came when we had to make the painful decision to put her to sleep. Dr. Neeman sat with us and gave us as much time as we needed until we were ready. It seemed like they shut down operations just so we could have privacy. We will never forget the compassion they showed us.

Dr. Neeman and his team at Kindness Small Animal Hospital are the most gentle, kind and caring people I have ever experienced when it comes to animals. Several years ago I used to take my animals to the Banfield at Petsmart - it was always a different vet, and they herd you in and out like cattle and not much personal interaction. They called my sweet little shih tzu hard to manage...hmmmmf. Dr. Neeman and his team have never said anything like and are always so wonderful with my pups and never had any problems. I have recommended Kindness to several of my friends and will continue to do so.

At first I talked to them over the phone and they told me their price. Which I found fair, but as soon as I went to pick up my pet, they charge me twice as much and staring charging me extra for bull* stuff that I didnt even ask for ... I ended up paying 250 when it was supposed to be 125. Yeah, they didnt even bother to tell me that those prices were the starting price. As for my pet, they apparently did a "flee bath removal" , but it seemed like it was more than a rinse, because on our way home I found 3 fleas on her. Horrible experience, never coming back here again.

After having many issues with our other vet, who is also very far away, I picked Kindness and have never looked back. They are very kind and really listen when you have an issue. They are also considerate to the emotions of a pet owner. We had to put our 11yr cat to sleep there and it was like they had cleared out the entire office just so I could spend some time with him before he was gone. They also were instrumental in helping us find our two new cats. My only issue has been with a visiting vet that tried to send me to a specialist when it was needed.

We have loved being customers of Kindness. They came highly recommended by a veterinarian friend of ours. They are always polite, courteous and treat our sometimes temperamental dog with love and affection. They explain issues very well and have always gone above and beyond to take care of him when he’s sick. Dr. Neeman is very patient and kind. His staff is always supportive. It also is a comforting knowing that if anything major goes wrong, that they have a surgery center there and specialize in many procedures. We highly recommend them.

Dr. Neeman, and his entire staff, are both professional and just down right kind. I came to be a patient in January when 2 of my dogs were suffering from hair loss. He really went beyond and found the solution. Today they have full bodies of hair. The whole practice helped me with an extremely difficult decision that I was faced with when my sweet boy of 12 years became sick. Ill never forget that day. I have a brood of 5 healthy dogs and I would not trust the care of my gang with any other vet than Dr. Neeman and his staff.

I have been using Kindness Animal Hospital for over 14 years. It started with my adorable Pug Louie, and has continued with three more dogs. Unfortunately, we had to put 2 of those dogs down, including Louie, but the staff and Dr. Aaron were very kind and compassionate during the ordeals. They even sent flowers, a VERY nice touch. The ongoing care has been excellent. I have enjoyed very healthy and happy pets, thanks in large part to the medical care and check ups at Kindness Hospital.

Everyone at the clinic is always very nice and professional. The technicians are great with my kiddos. Dr. Neeman truly cares about the animals and he always takes the time to give them some love and attention before starting exams and giving vaccinations. I also never feel rushed, and am comfortable asking all the questions I need to. It is very worth it to me to drive from Grand Prairie to Garland to find such good quality care for my fur kids!
