First i would like to say that this place of business is not a dog friendly vet and that there raciest. Okay this what my experiance was at this establishment, the customer before me brought in a dog with non life threating injury so the same vet that saw there dog is same vet that saw my dog, and because the x-ray machine was down she told them that they could bring there dog back the following morning at no (charge ), they where (WHITE). Me im a young black man that has been breeding dogs since i was 13 yr old. when i get into the exam room she starts interagating me like i had committed a crime for choosing this vet and bringing my dog there, i put muzzle on my dog (ASIA) my dog was very well manored, this vet was very unprofessional it took her almost 8 min to find my dog vein for a blood sample ( BLOOD WAS COMING OUT MY DOGS LEG WHERE SHE TRIED TO GET SAMPLE I WAS ALMOST IN TEAR JUST WATCHING THIS) then she says take my dog somewhere else and repay all my expenses.DONTUSE THEM. (SHE DID NOT TELL ME TO COME BACK FOLLOWING DAY LIKE SHE TOLD THE OTHER CUSTOMER. I WOULD RECOMENED THIS VET TO NO ONE. I GIVE THEM A -10 (F) they fail and shouldnt be open. iam seeking futher action against this buisness. urs TRULY VERY UNHAPPY CUTOMER.

Have never been treated so rude by anyone ever! Made an appt. for my puppies to have tales docked and dew claws removed. This is a time sensitive procedure! My husband showed up, waited 2 hours then was told my Dr. Kahn he couldnt do it. I was livid and called up there. Dr. Kahn got on the phone and said he didnt have time, when I tried to speak, he just kept interrupting me. Then rudely HUNG UP ON ME. At this point, my pups are 5 days old and it is a holiday weekend. Dr. Kahn has put us in a horrible situation and Im still taken back by his horrible rude treatment!

***To be clear, my only experience here is purchasing heartworm preventative*** I havent brought an animal here to be seen, but since my regular vet does not sell heartgard I needed to find a place that does, and Alley Cat accommodated when many others could not! I just brought his vet records and was able to get the heartgard, and the receptionist was very friendly both on the phone and in person. I will probably be taking my cats here when they are due for their shots!

We had a very sick puppy that we had to put to sleep. It was a very painful decision that we had to make. The people at the vets office were so kind and loving toward us and toward our puppy. I will only ever take my pets here. The care we got was out of this world! Thank you for being there for us and our fur baby! It meant a lot to us.

Will NEVER EVER take my dogs there again. Went in for a routine shots, anal glands and ear infection. Left with my baby seriously injured. Some how she hurt her back while they had her in back. Took her to the emergency hospital. She is slowly starting to feel better. They had no respect for my girl. Never ever again.

Upon calling to schedule an appointment I was put on hold. Not a big deal under normal circumstances, however it is not good service to leave new customer on hold for 13 minutes. Ill be taking my 3 dog pack elsewhere and Ill be sure they arent associated with this establishment in any manner.
