Dr. Mousli is a great doctor and the staff that assistant him with injections are wonderful! Its the rest of the staff that are awful, the office staff are rude! Dont bother calling because you will never talk to a human being, and though it states they will call you back in 24-72 hours, that time NEVER comes! BUT HERE IS A SECRET TO GET THEM TO ANSWER YOUR CALL!!! IT DRIVES THE OFFICE CRAZY!! MAKE YOUR CALL, LET IT ANSWER, IMMEDIATELY HANG UP WHEN THE VOICE RECORDING STARTS, AND REDIAL, KEEP DOING THIS, EVEN IF YOU HAVE DONE IT 30 TIMES! IT IS RINGING IN THE OFFICE. THEY WILL BE PISSED, but who cares! I have had more appts cancelled due to no referrals that Mouslis staff swears up and down they sent the request to my PCP to. Of course they didnt and they dont let me know until the morning of my appt. Best part is, the day before they sent me a reminder!!!!! There are NEVER any appts available until 2-3 months out, then the staff highly overbook, and you have to wait 3-4 hours minimum, so make sure those cell phones are fully charged! They are so organized, and listen so well that they are the cause of making me chose this month which medication I am not taking!!!!!!!!! I AM 100% SURE DR. MOUSLI IS NOT AWARE OF THIS!!! Last month they were suppose to submit my paperwork to a medication assistant program. I had completed everything they needed, I had everything organized for them, the nurse even said and showed me she had it on her desk for the dr to sign. NEVER DONE. I had to have my PCP write an emergency script for this seizure med, and the cost was off the chart! THANKS STAFF!!! ITS NOT YOU THAT HAS TO WORRY ABOUT SEIZING OR HOW TO PAY FOR IT. THEN I run out of my Narcolepsy meds, but cant fill that, because no refills, appt was cancelled, but I cant afford to pay that along with seizure med, same price. So it doesnt matter. When it comes to the meds, it is only fair to say, Dr. Mousli, Prescribes what he wants the patients to take. After that, it is left in the hands of the nurses! The print out the scripts, they fax to the Pharmacy, they are the ones that call the insurance companies if it needs an authorization, they are the ones who also call the pharmacy. (Im a nurse), The Portal was awesome when it first started, now its just like the phone system. I really believe Dr. Mousli does not know how his office is being handled because he a very knowledgeable, caring, gentle doctor. So when writing a bad review about "Dr. Mousli", be specific, its not him, unfortunately, its everything that surrounds him. Maybe its time all of us patients start banning together and have a chat with Dr. Mousli.

this office is an utter failure filled with incompetent morons. i called the office 3 times in march. the first time, they said to leave a voice mail and theyd get back to me within 72 hours. didnt get back to me. the second time, i called and left a voice mail that said they didnt get back to me after a week and waited for them to call me back. the third time, dailed for another department to tell them they didnt get back to me, that it was ridiculous they didnt get back to me either time and finally set an appoinment because i refused them the opportunity to hang up. i was given an appointment may 19th, because they were "booked solid" every day for until then. then i had 3 confirmations. 2 by phone, and one by text for my appointment yesterday, and in neither of these six times with communication was there any indication to the location id be going, only their assumption that people would know their phone number thats attached to all their locations are for their "main office" in lake wales which isnt indicated at all either and "we are in the bartow office only on tuesdays" is not indicated on any of the sites i can find information about them attached to that phone number. i also was greeted to their voicemail when i called them yesterday, it took a second phone call and calling a different department to ask why their office doors were locked. if you want to waste your time, and are already dealing with stress because of your sleep issues be my guest. i recommend dialing a different department, like billing. beucase they want your money, just not make any effort to get it. they were not able to take me in 5/19 at their lake wales location because they were "booked solid." but set me an appointment for 2 weeks later which i will not show up to, because i was able to set an appointment within minutes this morning at a more competent health care facility this coming monday (3 days after their waste of my time) they are buffoons. do not waste your time. this has been the most infuriating experience ive ever had with a facility. completely unprofessional.

Not only can you not get an appointment within a 1 week time-frame, when you do get an appointment, little to nothing is done! Maybe this is because "Dr." Mousli is not in before 10 AM, closes before 5 AM, and DOES NOT WORK ON FRIDAYS. Next, after being diagnosed, 2 prescriptions were to be filled, and one of them had to be faxed in to the manufacturer by "Dr." Mouslis "staff." After a week of DAILY check-ups regarding the faxed-in prescriptions status, the main prescription has yet to be even FAXED. Every time we call in, the answer is, "Well fax it tomorrow." Nice! Im so glad they really do care! You have to love when people who make hundreds of thousands of dollars per year wont even turn in your prescription! What a great doctor! After ODing on the first prescription due to the mg being too high (this I dont blame them for as it takes trial an error to get the right dose), we had to physically drive in to the office 4 days later to FORCE THEM to write a new prescription for a lower dosage, which they had said they would do 4 days prior and would call that into the pharmacy for us. Clearly, they didnt. The best part was that when the staff knew that no prescriptions were being filled or even filed for, they looked at US like WE were the bad guys. They seriously gave us the look of utter disdain and contempt. On top of that, the "Dr." didnt even know what the next lowest mg dosage for that pill was, and we had to TELL HIM. Seriously, this has got to be the worst medical personnel experience that we have ever gone through. We have even considered pursuing a patient neglect/malpractice law-suit against this horrid, horrid place. If you want a doctor who WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE and who WILL NOT CARE about filling your prescriptions in any type of timely manner, please, be sure to choose "Dr." Mousli. Dont say you werent warned if you do decide to go there.

Although I have no problems with Dr. Mousli per say, his office is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. I was a regular patient there for quite some time and just could not bring myself to try and find a new pain management doctor, because its not easy dealing with pain and trying to find the best care for yourself. After a very long time, I have finally decided to do such things. This office is the worst, its the worst to get a hold of on the phone. They could care less if you get the care you need, they never listen to what you have to say and they never ever call you back after leaving any amount of messages on their stupid answering service system. I have not seen the actual doctor in almost a years time because they had insurance issues and they dont care that they caused them, its all okay to them that you are suffering. Well, I am done and what a relief to know that I finally am and that I may have finally found a pain management specialist who cares and listens to me. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you need any kind of care that this office claims to offer.
