I felt absolutely awful after leaving this office. The guy was a total supercilious jerk and treated me like a less than bright child. I dont know if it was his breath or B.O. but he smelled HORRIBLE. He wouldnt listen to anything I said except to mock & ridicule my questions and not answer them. After glancing at my radiographs and not actually bothering to really examine my teeth, he referred me to his buddies for roughly $8,000-10,000 worth of work, most of it unnecessary. His assistant tried to recommend someone else but he trampled over the top of her and insisted his school chums were the only ones I should see despite being 45 minutes away from my house. While I was within earshot, his elderly receptionist spoke rather rudely regarding my family members who were not present but one of whom had a scheduled appointment. It must be nice to treat people like garbage and stay in business, but one would think that if Moore treats all new customers as shabbily as he treated me, he wouldve been run out of town long ago. He needs several courses in how to treat patients, customer service and personal hygiene. I would never, ever recommend this guy to anyone under any circumstances.

I do not recommend this office, I called for them to check insurance as they claim they did and 2 months later they call to tell me it was not paid by the insurance and say I am responsible for the office visit. My main concern when I set up the appointment was to double check this otherwise I would not have scheduled my son in for a simple cleaning. Now office manager claims she can not do anything and claims I did not advice of this when I called and that I am responsible. Not professional at all and they just lost 2 patients!!

Dr. Moore and his staff have always been very pleasant any time we have had to get our teeth cleaned or procedures done. They are very thorough in their work and happy to explain procedures and make suggestions on how to better care for our teeth. Dr. Moore has always been professional and makes sure you are comfortable with your results. If something doesnt feel right, he will make every effort to fix it. I am very happy with Dr. Moore and trust him to do good work.

I have been going to Dr. Moore for 20+ years. Absolutely love his staff and him. They are very friendly and are quite knowledgeable. The lady who has cleaned my teeth the last few times (Im terrible and have forgotten her name even though it was this morning) is very light handed and does a great job with little pain. I have never had to wait on an appointment (I typically am seen earlier than my appointment time) which is awesome! I highly recommend his office to anyone.

The worst. Waited two months for an appointment to have a dental hygienist clean my teeth, with the attitude of Steve Martin from little shop of horrors. I have never been in such pain. had to stop the cleaning and left after seeing Dr. Moore. Dr.. Moore wasnt a bad guy but was definitely not concerned with my pain.

This office do not DESERVE NOT ONE STAR!!!!!! This OFFICE WAS AWFUL. I would not recommend this office for anyone! And the 7 FOOT Dentist must of thought he was very intimidating however the way he YELL at me to get out of his office and the office lady laughed about it. This DENTIST office should be shut down!!!!

I will never use another dentist as long as this office is in business. Dr. Christianson has excellent bed side manners and she makes going to the dentist not so bad after all. Ive never had work done by her father but the apple doesnt fall far from the tree. I highly recommend these 2 dentists!

I have been using Dr Moore for years. His staff has been with him a long time. (This a sign of a good employer.) Dr Moores team gets you in and out without compromising the level of service. I have referred several friends who also had good experiences.

We liked Dr. Moore at first, but he does not explain things well at all and spends very little time with the patient. He also seems to push his buddies expensive dental implants and does not even mention other options. Weve moved onto another dental office.

I have been using Dr Moore since 2005. He and his staff are very professional. He has fixed a cavity and replaced a chipped tooth, and I have zero complaints. I will continue to use him as long as I am in this area.
