I wish I could post an image of the bone spur in my jaw that Dr. Reed misdiagnosed. I felt that he did not make any effort to listen to my history regarding problems in that area of my mouth and he seemed to have confirmation bias within 5 seconds and began throwing around obscure disease terminology like Scleroderma. Then he wanted to make sure I didnt also have a toothache and proceeded to whack the other teeth in the area which resulted in excruciating pain for over two weeks in a much larger area than I had problems with in the first place. Dr. Reed sent me home with a prescription for Triamcinalone paste which did squadoosh for my pain. When I told office staff I was going somewhere for a second opinion, they did not send my records either to the other dentists/oral surgeons nor to me. As a result, I had to have more x-rays, more pictures and more expenses. The problem was quickly and easily diagnosed, explained and rectified by an oral surgeon who had harsh words for Dr. Reeds lack of professionalism in my case. I didnt even need a local anesthetic. He flicked it and it popped out...instant relief. Dr. Reeds hygienist, however, is a diamond. She did fabulous, gentle, meticulous work. I will miss her very much because I simply have to take my business/care elsewhere. I highly recommend the hygienist, but not the office staff or Dr. Reed.

I would rate the dentist a 0 if that were possible. If you have a horrible dentist/needle phobia (Or even slight), dont bother with them. Hes incredibly inpatient and rude if youre not 100% obedient, even if youre panicking. "IV sedation" is a lie. Nutritious, vistaril, and basically ambien is PILL form of sleep sedation, not "IV SEDATION". Just because you have an IV of fluids for hydration hooked up, while shoving vistaril way too fast into a vein that caused my entire hand to burn while feeding me pill after pill to get me "calm" enough. My temp crown fell out the very next day. I was laying there, and I flipped over and felt something fall to my tongue and it was my temp cap. It didnt fit my mouth at all either. I couldnt bit down completely to clench my teeth because the temp was so uneven. Im not going back to this doctor to even get it fixed. $2,2000 for this. One tooth. One root canal. I have panic disorder. Im sorry I cant control that when you get phobias mixed in with that. The only upside is, the nurses are really nice. But I honestly think they might be scared into being that nice by the dentist.

Dr Reed and his assistant Carol treated me like no other dental office has before. They truly understood and cared about my dental phobia and the pain I was in. They were kind, patient and gentle. I plan on returning and having regular dental care from them from now on. I had an infected tooth and they started the root canal procedure and there was no pain. He was very patient to wait until we were certain I was completely numb and talked me through breathing exercises while doing the procedure. I am not nearly as frightened to go back for step two as I was last week. I highly recommend Dr Reed and his staff!

Growing up, I had gone to Dr. Halm with my family. As I got older and moved away, I switched to another dentist closer to where I had moved. BIG MISTAKE. I have just recently returned to Dr. Halm and remembered just how wonderful him and his staff are. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Halm to anyone who is looking for a professional dentist that is extremely qualified, personal, honest and has the latest technology for the best dental care. If anyone is looking for the best dentist, you have found it, in Dr. Halm. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Reed is an excellent dentist!! I had to receive some treatment that I was nervous about and Dr. Reed was great. He is very patient and very kind. Really knows what hes doing! I dont like to take medicine or use any sort of medicine but Dr. Reed was able to explain everything to me and I was able to understand everything from how my treatment was going to be done to the recovery period.

Absolutely excellent! He and his staff have always treated me with extraordinary patience and care. I feel like he really does care about my teeth, budget, and time. Dr. Reed took his time to answer all and any questions I had about my teeth which showed me how much he valued my business. The office is new and very pretty! I will never go anywhere else!

Dr. Halm has been my familys dentist for over 15 years and he has always exhibited professionalism, and treated each of us with the utmost care and genuine concern. I highly recommend his practice for quality dental hygiene care and a general attitude of supplying the patient with the best solution to each problem.

Dr. Reed is a very smart and dedicated dentist. He answers all of my questions.He always explains everything and is very gentle. He has been my dentist for a few months but I am very happy with the treatment.
