My 20 month old fell down and pushed his front tooth into his gums. I was freaked out and super nervous about taking him to the dentist as he is not a fan of anyone touching his mouth. Ive always had bad experience with Dentists so I was skeptical and cautious while researching for one for my son. I googled pediatric dentist and Dr. Ketchel and her staff had more than 50 extremely positive reviews and they seemed genuine and unsolicited. I have to say my entire expierence with Arlington Pediatric Dentistry was wonderful! From the moment I called to make appt, to seeing Dr Ketchel and leaving feeling better about my sons situation, overall great experience. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I was impressed with how they they explained the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. Then Dr Ketchel came and I was impressed with her professionalism, her patience, and evident love for her profession. She was thorough from start to finish, explaining step by step what she was doing and after the examination explaining his diagnosis and what I needed to do. I left very satisfied with the service and immediately wanted to tell all the other mommies to stop searching and go with Arlington Pediatric Dentistry.

The reviews are all correct!!! My son 3 year old son was running around and slipped on the mat we have in the bathroom and broke his front two teeth. My wife and i freaked out and did not know what to do, I looked on Google Maps to see the best dental reviews and this one caught my eye. I looked at their web page and noticed they had a section on dental topics. I followed the instruction on broken teeth, my son did not have major injuries and was able to sleep. In the morning we took him to the dentist, he fell just before we were going to sleep, and were told that they usually do not accept walk-in. My heart stopped, but they told me that the dentist might be able to see him and they will check, 5 minutes later we were told that she will be able to see him. Less that 20 minutes later we were called in and proceeded to the xrays and examination. She referred us to Dr. John Shroyer to remove the teeth. This office is great and the staff is phenomenal they treated Alek with love and helped us greatly explaining in great detail putting our nerves at ease. . Thanks Jen, thanks Erica, thank you all. You guys definitely deserve 5 stars. We will be back soon.

I took my three-year-old to the dentist office for his first visit and they were beyond fabulous. The facility was great, the kids had a lot of activities to keep them busy, and it was definitely state of the art. The hygienist helped us first and was awesome. The dentist was wonderful, talked to us for a long time, and gave me great tips and advise. They were great with my kids, one who wasnt even getting an exam but who they kept busy so that I could help the dentist with my son! I also really appreciated how the first exam was set up. They took us to a room that was really casual had a lot of toys and a movie going and just did an exam on my lap that included teeth cleaning and flossing and fluoride treatment. I thought it was a great way to introduce kids to a dentist office without scaring them with a big chair and being tied down. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist, staff, and office.

I have nothing but good news to say about this dentistry.. The office staff are very professional and you can tell that everyone takes pride in their jobs.. my three year old had fell and chipped her front tooth and I was an nervous wreck wondering if I should just let it fall out or get it repaired. My main concern was if I should put my child under anesthesia.. After our initial orientation I was convinced that Dr. Ketchell was not trying to strong arm rob my pockets and would take the upmost care for my child. I would recommend her to anyone who has children and wants patent first care!! Thanks again for making my daughter confident again in her smile that she truly loves to share with the world.

My daughter is 8 years old and had her very first dentist appointment at Arlington Pediatric Dentistry....(Yeah i know Im late with the first appointment lol). I have to admit, the staff at the dentist office from the person that answered the phone, to the hygienist who cleaned my daughters teeth, to the dentist who did the final check on cavities were absolutely AMAZING!! My daughter asked me once we got home if she could go back next week for another cleaning LOL....what kid WANTS to go to the dentist???? If you do not take your children to this dentist you are doing yourself a disservice. I love this place and will be back in a few weeks for my daughter to get sealants put in. #bestindentistry

The best dentist I have ever been to....This was my girls 1st time going to this dentist office. Rachel was awesome, truly the best. I did not expect to have this type of experience while there. My daughter was talking to her about how she was feeling about her "beautiful teeth" and the advice she gave my daughter brought tears to my eyes, I definitely wasnt expecting that. She had a conversation with my daughter like she was talking to her daughter. I feel like when you visit this office you get more than a "dentist appt". Even though Dr K wasnt there today and I have never met her, this definitely is our new dentist! Also, smiles were on everyones face.

This place exceeded my expectations greatly! I brought my 3 and a half year old and my 2 year old for their first ever dental appointments. The office staff was so friendly and patient. They let me do both of the appointments at the same time which was convenient and made my boys less nervous. The doctor and her assistant gave great advice and gave enough time for questions. There was no rush at all like how I feel at other dental offices as an adult. I definitely see why this office gets such great reviews - they live up to them!

It was a very kid-friendly office. The staff spoke directly to the children and initiated age-appropriate conversation with each of them. Each staff member I observed was very friendly and had upbeat, happy energy. Dr. Ketchel took the time to speak to me about my granddaughter after the appointment and that was very helpful. There are times when my granddaughter has anxiety about new situations but she experienced none of that at this office. Great experience. Shell look forward to seeing them again!

I dont ever right reviews, but in this case I felt a great need to let people know how AMAZING this office is!! My daughter was so comfortable There and the staff made us feel so welcome and at ease! They are helpful, understanding, detailed, and efficient. I couldnt be more thankful that we have found them and Im already looking forward to my daughters next visit with them! If your looking for the perfect pediatric dentist, look no further. I can guarantee this is the office for you!!

One of the BEST childrens dentists Ive been to. We have never waited long for our appointment the staff from the front to the back have always been so kind and encouraging to the kids (and their mamma). They truly have your childs best interest at heart and care about the little ones they see. When your children get excited and look forward to going to the dentist you know you e got a great one! I wont go anywhere else and recommend this dentist to all my friends and family!
