I have NEVER written a review in my life but because of all the bad reviews I ABSOLUTELY needed to leave this one! Despite what I read on here, I called to make an appointment on a Thursday because they were the only Dental office that took my grandchildrens (ages 6 and 8) insurance. The appointments were made for that Monday. The staff was friendly and the wait was short. The hygienist was great. My grandson had a bad experience with a dentist when he was three. She made him feel so comfortable and talked to him during the entire cleaning. His two baby teeth needed to be removed because his permanent teeth were coming in behind them. He was then scheduled in immediately on Wednesday. Once again, all the staff and office people were friendly and kind. The dentist and hygienist talked to him and made him feel comfortable. He never saw the needle she used to numb him (front teeth). He never cried or complained of pain. He no longer fears going to the dentist. Thank you Advantage Dentist and Orthodontics! I would recommend them to anyone with small children

Staff does not call back when they say they will...Im still waiting and have not heard a word yet (it has been 2 years! LOL) My poor son had dental work done that was horribly done...had silver cap put on and tooth was infected from day one....then the tooth next to it. I would never ever ever and do not reffer anyone here. I could not even sit in the room with my son and they told me he needed to be sedated....Turn up the laughing gas. I now go to the fall creek family dental and they are fabulous. Call back in a timely manner, and my son doesnt need to be sedated...because i can sit in the room and hold his hand while the laughing gas works...MIRACLE. this dentist SUCKS always has always Will. thank you.

easypeasy not

had wisdom tooth coming through and there were lots of inflammation, Dentist refused to give me antibiotic until they do ex-rays(as if she couldnt tell without it)! then Dentist didnt know witch antibiotic to give to a breastfeeding woman, messed up on my antibiotic prescription (had to wait in pain until monday evening from sat because of their mistake) the whole point of me going on sat was to get it and i paid IN FULL out of pocket because werent able to verify insurance!!!! STILL NO REFUND ITS BEEN 3 to 4 MONTHS ALREADY! This kind of treatment never happened to me before..

I love all the staff at Advantage Dentists everyone is always friendly and they make my son and daughter feel very comfortable every time they have a cleaning. This is the only office I feel comfortable taking my kids I trust the doctors and they always explain everything in detail about my kids dental needs... Thank you Advantage Dentists for being so AWESOME!!!!!!

I called too make an appointment for 11 am Thursday morning The hold she put me on was five minutes alone I didnt have my dental insurance card on me so I called back 15 minutes after and I was told I couldnt make my appointment because they were all booked. Ive had work done here before and Ive NEVER had such poor customer service. I definitely WILL NEVER return.

My 3 year old need work done, they have a waiting list, cant explain, say that one dentist gives one opinion but then the other dentist doing the work has another opinion, all the recipionist and office staff think they are dentist, you cant go be with your kid when they need to do work, they cant add for crap, add on billing,....sucky sucky

I had to come into this office to get some work done and was really impressed how attentive the staff was, everything went well. Was impressed by the decor as not being "sterile" but really comfortable seating and had a home feeling. I will go back there again. PS - Thanks for the awesome coffee bar!

I take my 5 year old here and theyve always been very attentive with him. The dentists and her assistant always explain everything to him while they clean his teeth so he wont be nervous. The entire staff is very friendly. Will definitely return with my son.

Ana, Adriana and Maria were VERY helpful and assisted ALL my needs! I am very happy with advantage dentist! The staff is friendly and helpful! Also the dental work was prestine! Very happy patient!! Highly recommended! And theyre open on Saturdays!

They are on 2 different pages here one dentist tells you one thing then another one tells you something else they have no sense of timing. I really dont think they care if you have a job...SMH

Waiting time too long they say they cant make appointment for after 3 pm but office close at 6 pm so I have to pull my kids out of school early very inconvenient
