I have been told by the receptionist that I was not a priority and they see over 60 patients a day. They only call the insurance company once and if they dont receive a call back they put your file aside and not worry about it. You never receive follow up calls from the nurses and they treat you like you should be honored to be one of their patients! You often wait almost 2 hours in the waiting room with no apologies!!!!
