I have been a patient for years. As the popularity has grown for this particular office the patient care has greatly declined. I have now received numerous bills where the office filed with the wrong insurance company. When I have called they have been impolite. I have called with questions for the nurse practitioner and continued to call due to never hearing a response. After 2 weeks of calling I was told to go to a minute clinic because the NP did not have time for me. I am very disappointed in the way this office has continued to treat me and will be finding another practice for my medical needs.

My daughter & I have never been treated worse in all of my life. This woman came in the room with a chip on her shoulder & an attitude to boot- Didnt bother asking any questions about what we were there to be seen for, just assumed to know what we wanted & why we were there- And then proceeded to treat us as if we were the scum of the scum between her hated neighbors toes- I will sooner die than ever be treated by this woman ever again.

Dr. Kelley was a very pleasant Doctor to work with. Shes always very understanding of my needs and makes an effort to ensure that I am well taken care of each time I visit.
