Great I dont understand the rest of the doctors but I truly thank God for my Doctor Mr. Harrison really heart caring for his patients Im thankful for him he listens to every problem I have and he also make recommendation for any test that needs to be done but only if the staff followed him and his referrals that he order it would be even better not thats where I have the problem he does his job but the Fowlers dont follow directions at all one day I will have that referral and test done but I just call the other doctor and have them to fax over the info they need and go from there. But again my doctor is a true blessing to me Thanks Dr. Harrison Blessings.

Ive been a patient here for nearly 20 years, because my doctor and the lab technician are fantastic. Everything else about this practice is dismal. It seems that they see a lot of Medicaid patients, and so treat everyone with the respect they feel a ghetto criminal deserves. From the time you walk in the door theyll treat you like an inferior. The staff turnover rate is appalling. Dont try to get anything accomplished over the phone. Even my insurance company and pharmacy have told me that they dread calling BFM because the staff is rude and incompetent. If I could convince my doctor to leave this practice Id never come near this place again.

Was referred to psycoligest he reccomended medication but couldnt write script took 6 days to get to see dr kerns than instead of refilling my script he changed the medication to something else that cost 100 dollars to fill its been 7 days tked to the supervisor because the other medication worked fine and my insurance covered it and it cost me 15.00 out of pocket so my dr said yesterday to call i would get my meds today now hes not in today so its looking like i will die before it gets written

I truly loves the doctors and staff here cause they are so nice and friendly. I have never experienced anything unusual here at all. All the physicians I have seen and talk with understand and listens to me and my problems. Thank you all very much.

Rude staff...my doctor is great, but the nurses and receptionists are rude....they dont respond to phone calls in a timely manner...and getting prescriptions sent to the pharmacy is overly difficult for them for some reason.

I was misdiagnosed with eye infection and I really had glaucoma attack. I almost lost my vision but saw an eye specialist not connected with this group. Beware of what they diagnose you with. Some doctors are good.

One of the doctors at Baptist Family Medicine wrote me the wrong prescription and then was unable to fix the problem after it was discovered. I am incredibly displeased with Baptist Family Medicine.

I cant believe they are a part of Baptist. Dr. Gaines is incompetent. Do not go to her and the front office staff is rude. Let this be your last resort if you need medical care.
