Potential need patient.. I called to make an appointment, placed on hold for over 5 minutes, no information collected from me just placed on hold; hung up called back the receptionist answered and place me on hold again without giving me to opportunity to accept or decline being placed on hold, 5 more minutes, hung up called back same rudeness placed on hold, 5 more minutes, after doing this 2 more times and being placed on hold again she finally comes back to the phone. I expressed my dissatisfaction about the hold times and call frequency, no apology just a well do you still wanna make an appointment. NOT EVER! Here I am trying to be supportive of the African American Doctor and her practice. Well that didnt work. Customer service is 9/10 of the experience. **Starbucks serves the same coffee as many others, however the service is exceptional and that is what keeps you coming back.

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been in. The staff is very rude, the wait times are horrible and most of the time you cant see Dr. Drake - you get the nurse practitioner instead. Dr. Drake herself is a very nice woman, but it is not worth the headache to see her!

Debra Drake is a great doctor. She had a wealth of knowledge on my condition, and always has a warm bedside manor. I highly recommend her.
