Went into for a cleaning, and I told the Dentist I was experiencing some pain on one side of my mouth. I have insurance and my cleaning is free with no co pay. The dentist informed me that she did not see anything on the xrays and said she could refer me to a specialis if needed. After waiting for about 5 mins the receptionist comes and hands me a paper with a payment for medicine the dentist wanted to give me. Mind you she claimed that nothing was wrong or she didnt see what was bothering me. I said I couldnt pay for that today and just wanted my cleaning and would come back. They said they couldnt do the cleaning unless I got the medicine first. Never told me why I needed some "medicine". I called back and asked why I was denied my free cleaning and they said I had too much plaque build up that she couldnt do the cleaning. Which is ridiculous because thats why you need a cleaning. I was told by several other ppl and a few other dentist the only reason you need medicine is if you had periodontal disease which I dont. They asked if I wanted to apply for credit which was a credit card to pay and I said no. No one should be denied their free cleaning. She is in it for the money. I saw some bad reviews before but didnt want to believe them but now I do.

Very different experience than than the previous reviews. What a difference a year makes! My first and last visit to this office. 1) As a new patient, no one, not even the doctor, introduced herself to me. 2) The process of taking four x-rays occurred over a 45 minute period. Apparently the tech was new and or inexperienced and wasnt able to get a clear x-ray. Another tech came in and finished the job after previous failed attempts that left my gums and tongue sore. 3) After another 30 minute wait, the doctor performed her exam, determined a course of treatment and left. At this time, Im anticipating the service to begin, an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time. 4) In summary, after a 2 hour waste of my time, I was finally told that my insurance would not cover the needed treatment, and I would need to pay the 490.00 out of pocket, so they were unable to perform the prophylaxis that I had scheduled. This visit was a complete waste of my time. I was totally disappointed by the lack of professionalism and poor customer service received at this establishment. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Massively unhelpful, from the receptionist to the dentist herself. As a whole, they seem very uninterested in helping patients and unwilling to explain why they are recommending services and why they are unable or unwilling to provide the services the patient is requesting. Simply asking these questions gets an indignant, almost combative response. From the cold reception to the laundry list of services with no explanation, this place does seem to be a cash grab. That isnt to say they are. But they could do a lot to dispel that perception just by being willing to explain themselves, rather than rolling their necks and becoming aggressive when a patient tries to be a participant in their own care.

For her to be a dentist, I think she needs to brush her teeth and use plenty of mouthwash. Her breath was horrible, like she had rotten teeth in her mouth. Had to get crown put on and she stuck my gum with needle to numb it and immediately began drilling teeth. Had to wait for medicine to kick in because all I could feel was pain. Even though she was funny I recommend you going somewhere more professional and clean. I almost forgot, her tools looked washed up and dirty.

This place only wants your money. They give you a huge bill of everything thats wrong even though you only go for a cleaning. Try to get you to do in house financing which is a lie and is opening a credit card with care credit. Glad I read the papers. Had to have a crown done. She was so rough I had a sore face and jaw for 2 weeks. I have insurance which she claimed didnt cover anything. But it does and now Im having to file claim paper work to be reimbursed.

I would leave NO STARS if I could. Took forever, didnt explain the process, never got me numb( and tried 6 times!?) and still drilled after asking me to hold out for another 5 mins??? Did a deep cleaning, and never polished the teeth? All the reviews prior to this is consistent with what I experienced. Dr. is NEVER available, only open 3 days a week and the Dr. doesnt work the posted hours. NEVER walk into this place. Its HELL!!!

I only gave one star because of the location. This dentist is rude and unfriendly, extremely expensive, doesnt take secondary insurance, I was ask to fill out a form that neither her or her staff told me what it was, I was just told that I was approved for care credit(credit card) which I had to call the company and cancel. Would not recommend.

Went in to get a treatment plan and information for pricing. She offers a free xray and exam. X-Rays and Exam were not very thorough and she was visually and vocally upset that I didnt take her services that day. She stated multiple times that I "WASTED HER TIME". I would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone.

My experience with this office was very surprisingly pleasant and I was quite pleased. The Doctor was direct and to the point with what was needed and provided me with my options. The assistant was also pleasant and professional. Good office, good people and great pricing.

Son went in for services. Had to wait forever. This place is a cash market. They are more interested in making money and performing unnecessary treatments than actually helping people. Would NOT recommend and would give a lower mark if I could.
