Nobody looks forward to having your teeth scraped or cavities filled. However it has to be done and this is by far the place to do it! My first visit the staff was very friendly and out going. Tomika gave me a personalized tour of the office. It is spacious and comforting. She was also responsible for my x-rays and bite wings. Painless! Madeline cleaned my teeth and she did an amazing job. So polite, gentle and yet thorough. It was my quickest cleaning in 37 years! Stephanie took care of my payment/scheduling. She is kind and very courteous. Unlike most dr offices/practices, the staff here are never too busy to make conversation and engage you. They take their time and are never in a rush to push more patients through the que. It helps not feeling like just another co-pay. Dr. Nurani was welcoming and educational. He is a soft spoken easy going Dr. He and I discussed options for my future procedures and we settled on the one that I wanted. Not the one that would benefit the office more! Corina being the delight that she is always there to follow up immediately after the service. Customer service is her main priority. This may be the best run dr office I have been in. I cannot say enough positive things about CCSD. I highly recommend them to everybody!

I am a new patient to this practice and cant begin to tell you how calming and kind the staff has been. The moment I walked in Heenali, the receptionist, knew who I was and treated me like family....Stephanie the treatment plan coordinator helped me understand payment plans and options for my treatment plan and saved me a great amount of money and time...she is very knowledgeable and took away all of the stresses that I associated with dentistry. By undergoing sedation for a couple of my bigger procedures... Not to mention the added difficulty that I have with my very small mouth...the doctors were able to complete complex treatments in one appointment instead of multiple...That alone is reason enough to go to Center For Cosmetic and Sedation Dentistry, but there are so many more. Each and every one of the dental assistants and hygienists have been warm and friendly. They make you feel like you have known them forever...even on your first visit! Dr Ramsey and Dr Oh, have always been concerned with ensuring I had minimal if any pain. No Pain!!! I cant do justice in articulating how comfortable and safe this practice has made me feel. I would and will continue to recommend this highly skilled team to family and friends. I give them 5 STARS! Schira W Benson

No one loves going to the dentist. I neglected my teeth for a decade and needed some serious work done. What I loved most about this office was how supportive and friendly the staff is – not scolding, no shaming. The second best thing is that if you really don’t want to be there while they dig in your mouth (who does?!) they offer sedation. The third best thing is that each patient room is almost “spa” like. The chairs are super comfy, I have almost fallen asleep while getting my teeth cleaned. They also offer a TV for your entertainment while they do their thing. My first deep clean scaling I chose sedation and had no problems. I have been going to them now for 3 years and can’t think of any reason I would stop. They are helpful when it comes to insurance and will bend over backwards to help you finance your service if you need to. AND! The fact that they offer free dentistry to families in need is just another example of the heart of this office and the staff.

I located this dentist by searching for "Lawrenceville Sedation Dentistry" I saw all of the reviews and figured it was worth a try. I have had some bad past experience in going to the dentist and I have Vasal Vagal/fainting. I figured they would be experienced in how to handle someone that is nervous, which can cause me to faint. I have gone twice so far and have had GREAT experiences both times. While I dont have to be sedated I know they are able to care for me better then other dental office. I also love knowing that I have that option of sedation. I look forward to using them for years to come and I highly recommend them. I also love how clean and fresh the office is. Past dental offices I have gone to seem dated and just not taken care of which has me questioning if the Dentist even cares about what he does. One dental office I went to even had dingy looking old tools. They might be clean, but they didnt look like anything I wanted in my mouth.

This was my first visit to this office and it was highly recommended by family. Initial impressions were good. It is conveniently located. The office looked modern and welcoming. I was welcomed by friendly staff at the desk. I was able to meet Alex who was very welcoming and reassuring. She made it very comfortable to be in a dentists office. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and did so with warmth and professionalism. I also met Dr. Oh. She was very friendly and explained everything that was happening and what I needed to have done. After all the evaluations were done and a plan was formed I was greeted by Stephanie who kindly helped with checking out and setting up future appointments. She was also very kind to explain the plans for future dental work and how my insurance would handle the claims. Overall, it was the most pleasant first time experience at a dentists office Ive had.

Outstanding! From the initial phone call to the check on, being escorted in, the consultation to the treatment. ....I could not ask for a better team of staff who demonstrated sincere care and not jusy a revenue opportunity. Leslie, you are AMAZING!, caring, genuine, knowledgeable, pleasant, just a sweet personality. Thank you for helping to ease my daughters anxiety. Stephanie, you have a way about you, I just met you but feel like I have known you for a long time because of your winsome personality and sense of humor. I cant even begin to explain what an amazing experience I have had visiting Center for Cosmetic and Sedation Dentistry! I initially came in for a root canal and was very afraid of the procedure. Dr. Nurani and his whole staff-- from the receptionist to the dental hygienists to the dental assistants-- were so welcoming and provided such high quality work. He really listens to your concerns and wants the best treatment for his patients. His practice has a very professional and comfortable environment where one can expect great quality work. For anyone who might be reluctant or afraid of going to the dentist, I highly recommended making an appointment with Dr. Nurani! He provides sedation dentistry that really eases ones anxiety and fears! Youll always have a pleasant experience! I have been going to Dr. Nurani for a long time and recommend him to all my family and friends.
