WAITED 2 HOURS AND LEFT- I Had a very simple 3:00 checkup apt... x-rays and checkup... thats it. well, the staff was all very friendly- however- the waiting room was FULL when i walked in and i waited an hour to be called back, got my x-rays that took 5-10 mins, then sat there another HOUR... i like 30 mins away and was hoping to be out before 5:00 traffic, but that wasnt happening at this point. I couldnt walk out because i had already paid. So i set up another apt to come back next week (yay...) to finish my apt and get a cleaning. Apparently they had ONE doctor and a ton of overflow- I heard from friends that this also happened to them at Aspen in Cumming, GA. Not sure Ill be back after the apt is over with :( i have sick kids and a husband w a broken foot at home - a 2 hour trip turned into a 5 hour trip- what an exhausting night and long drive in that stopped traffic :(

My experience was a very unpleasant oneMy husband and I have made an appointment six weeks prior to our visit. When we got their they told us it was the wrong office when we showed them the questionnaire forms and the text that they texted us she said it wasnt in their data base. She then told us well have to wait until everyone I the office was seen even those who came after us. She didnt. apologize to us for saying we didnt have an appointment prior to when we got there and told me, she wasnt sure if the dentist would see me nut he will see my husband , because I told her I did like what was happening. She flat out say, the doctor ont have to see you because you are upset. After she told my husband we dont take your insurance. Prior to this day, they sat with us took our card and gave us an appointment. Now today , they say we dont take your insurance.

Easily my best dentist appointment experience ever! Everyone at Aspen Dental wears a smile and works efficiently to get you in and out. Shay, the dental hygienist, is so sweet! Her work is quick and very thorough. During my visit she gave me great tips for how to better care for my teeth & gums. I also appreciate her making my comfort a priority. The fantastic service continued with Dr. Norris. She imparted so much knowledge during my visit as we reviewed my x-rays. Dr. Norris also answered all of my questions and educated me on oral care. My new patient appointment at Aspen Dental was amazing. I will definitely be going back!

I had A great experience at Aspen Dental. I received an updated text and email message reminding me of my appointment that week prior. The office is very clean and neat. Patients are greeted and welcomed respectively. The staff was beautiful, hospitable, patient and very accommodating. Lastly, the staff was very punctual. They dont have a bunch of patients sitting in the waiting room waiting to be seen. When I walked in I filled out my paperwork and within minutes I was called to be seen. Highly recommended if youre in need for a great dentist.

My wife had her first appointment today. She was called to come in 30 minutes early then waited 1 hour in the waiting room and another 1/2 hour for the dentist to come in. She was then told they didnt perform the service she made the appointment for in the first place. To add insult to injury they gave her a form to sign authorizing a mouth cancer test. When she asked how much they said they would discuss the price after the test. Ive now cancelled my first appointment scheduled later this month

All of the employees at Aspen were very caring and friendly. The facility was very clean. After telling my situation, each employee which were assisting me; went the extra mile to deliver the best services for me. I have never met a more professional staff. From the time that I walked into Aspen Dental in Snellville, I was treated with respect and I felt that everyone cared. I will entrust all of my family members Aspen Dental. There commercials are very true.

Yesterday was my first time visiting Aspen Dental. They are amazing! They are all so kind and willing to explain and answer any questions you have. Very informative and caring. I will be going there from now on! They are very professional but still make you feel at home and comfortable. The office was very clean and organized. Everyone was extremely polite and humble. Love love love this place. Would definitely recommend to everyone I know.

I can not say enough about how superior The staff at Aspen Dental Snellville location are!! Everyone from the front office staff, the office managers, The techs, the lab, Everyone is warm and friendly, not judgemental, and Kind. My experience of getting dentures (that I have feared for years) was made unbelievably positive by these caring and devoted people. I am so Thankful that I found Aspen Dental Snellville!!

Love the staff and love the environment. Absolutely professional and fun. Theyve been so good to me over the time Ive been coming here and have totally answered my odd questions and helped me get through what I personally feel like is the most traumatizing elective medical visits lol. Im not a fan of dentists but I do appreciate everything they and their staff do! Would totally recommend.

Very nice, very friendly & I would highly recommend them to everyone I know! I love how they give you a complete breakdown of your treatment & fees on your statement. Unfortunately because I had to change my dental insurance, I will have to find another dental facility, I dont think I will find anyone else like them.

The most courteous and professional dental office staff I have ever visited The attention to cleaning equipment was evident in every instance. Dr. Norris and the other young ladies who treated me were totally responsive to my questions and concerns. I will be keeping all of my appointments and so will my husband.

The whole staff is very warm and friendly. My appointments always start on time as there is little to no wait each visit. They addressed their concerns and gave me a breakdown of pricing and easy financing options. I definitely recommend this office to anyone seeking a more personal dental experience.

I was quoted one price I get there and not only did I have to wait a long time they tried to increase the rate by 100%. I was told it was the law they cleaned my teeth really I only went to have a tooth pulled. I would go back . I wasnt the only person there complaining.

The staff is awesome, pleasant and very thorough with every patient. Unfortunately I need work done and my dental insurance do not cover some of the things recommended by my dentist. Now I have to create a dentist Fund for my family.
