I wouldnt even rate this dentist with any stars if I had my choice, but since I cannot post without leaving at least one star I guess she gets a star. Funny, I see all of the high ratings that she has been given and I cannot believe it. Theyve got to be made up. At first I was extremely excited to visit this dentist because my friend is a patient and really likes her. Let me just say this, the hygienist was fine, but the dentist was not. It was as if she worked in a bunch of patients and worked on us like a round robing. Someone else molded and fitted my temporary tooth (ok, not so unusual), but the dentist worked alone with no assistant, while performing a root canal, an extraction and a filling. No one in there to hand her supplies tools or anything. She stood up the whole time, she held everything by herself and grabbed for everything by herself I even thought she mistakenly drilled on my front teeth while trying to clean up some of the bonding agent. That was only the first visit. Second visit was to seat the permanent tooth. During my wait for my second visit I incurred some discomfort, which is what Id explained to the hygienist as he was to remove the temporary (Im not even sure if he was suppose to do this). Anyway, it was so painful to the touch I asked that he not remove it, because I was sure that my previous dentist said it needed a root canal. He couldnt touch it nor could I bite down on it. I asked him to advise the dentist and she came in and felt around it and told me that some sensitivity was normal. This wasnt just some sensitivity, but she removed it anyway. When I tell you that the pain was excruciating that is putting it mildly. So here I am, exposed tooth, nerve whatever and I could not let her touch it anymore. She then said let me take ANOTHER x-ray (as if the first one didnt already tell her what I already knew.) I needed a root canal. WTF? All of this for what? Shes already put on the temp and tore it off and now I need a root canal? Shouldnt that have been done first? She asked me if I wanted her to do it? Uh no thank you! As a matter of fact give me my permanent tooth and Im out. After a 2 hour visit I left there with nothing but a temp tooth taken off and put back on. Oh and did I mention that on my first visit she performed a root canal because I had an abscess and infection setting in and when I came back for the 2nd visit I still had the abscess. Apparently the tooth next to it needed the root canal. Are you kidding me? And to believe I paid for all of this in advance. Ugh!! Needless to say, I will never go back and never will I recommend her to anyone. Btw, my friend that recommended her in the first place, soon after had a not so great experience.

My first appointment at Family Smile Center was wonderful! Dr. Reynolds and her staff were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained all of their findings based on the review of my dental x-rays, and explained in great detail what their recommendations were for my corrective, and preventive dental procedures for my current and possible future visits to their office. I was also provided upfront insurance and out-of pocket costs (if any) prior to any dental procedures being completed. I was also impressed with the latest dental technology used in Dr. Reynolds practice. I made an appointment for my husband the next day after my first appointment. I will recommend Family Smile Center to my friends and family.

This place saved my life!! Literally!! Lol no joke! I was in complete pain for almost a week due to a toothache on both sides. *sad face. Im new to the Gwinnett area so I googled emergency dentist and Family Smile Center popped up first. So I called the next day. At first the receptionist didnt see any available slots until 2 weeks. But by the grace of God, someone canceled just before I called and I was able to see the dentist that day! The ladies were so professional. The environment is welcoming! And most important, she got me in and out when I expected to be turned around!! Oh yea, AND THEY ARE AFFORDABLE!!!! Even with a numb mouth that was full of gauze I couldnt have thank them enough!!!

Every part of my experience at the Family Smile Center was terrific! My 16 yr old daughter was EXTREMELY nervous to see the dentist. Of all the doctors that a teenage girls has to see, the dentist is her LEAST favorite. So, pooh for us when we learned that she would need to come in for several visits to complete her procedure, right? WRONG! The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable and Dr. Reynolds was very gentle, as well as, informative about everything from, behaviors that caused issues that were currently being addressed, to preventative care. We went in nervous and came out informed and ALL SMILES :)! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

My first visit was horrible. I waited for over an hour just to be seen. Then I had only x-rays taken and was told to come back for a second visit to get my teeth cleaned. I was told that I had two cavities...and my teeth have never given me problems. I got a second opinion and the other dentist said that it was a very aggressive and desperate move to fill cavities that were not even there. Family Smile Center charged my insurance company and me more money then what was actually done to my teeth. I would never refer this denist...in fact, I would tell everyone not to go to her. She also yelled at me when I went to pick up my records.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reynolds for years. My services include extractions, crowns, cleaning and preventive care. The overall practice is patient-centered of care, efficiency and absolutely no waiting at time of appointment. Its great to walk into a dentist appointment, sign in then immediately hear your name called for treatment! That is only surpassed by Dr. Reynolds patient care and follow up of treatment. Not many people can say that an extraction was pleasant and they continued their workday. However, I can and thats speaks volumes of Dr. Reynolds.

I was looking for an honest and dedicated professional to take care of my signature smile and I found that and more at the Family Smile Center. I had a terrible experience at the dentist office that I was going to. There were constant turn overs and I didnt get the professional care that I was looking for. And to make things worse, my front tooth was MESSED up! Thank God for Dr. Reynolds, she gave me back my smile!!! She and her staff are caring professionals, I have recommended the doctor to any and everyone I know who is looking for a good dentist.

I am very pleased with the professionlism of the office staff and the dentists themselves. They were very attentive to my particular problems and listened to all the issues that I had concerning my dental care. The atmosphere was very welcoming and family oriented. They also had a very clean environment. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and business associates. They made my dental experience alot better than I thought it would be.
