This is the first time ever encountering this policy. My wife and I expected to be brought into her ultrasound together so that we may both know what was going on, as weve been anxiety ridden waiting for this ultrasound for a week. Was told by ultrasound technician to stay in waiting room, when i asked why, in return "its our policy"...well, its my wife! In watching other family and friends and the type of treatment they had received here, I came to the conclusion, NEVER again! On a different occasion, we were informed that we wouldnt be able to retain copies of results from testing done here from records department. WTH kind of Hitler dictator ship conjures up these policies. In my opinion, if youre able to receive treatment anywhere else, do it and save yourself the stress and frustration.

I guess the reason most people feel the need to write a review is when their experience has been something less than perfect, hence the negative reviews for this hospital. My experience was quite the opposite, though. The facility was modern and spotless. The staff was pleasant and professional. I was well taken care of, and my procedure went off without a hitch. All in all my entire experience with KSB was as good or better than any hospital Ive ever been in, and was everything Id hoped for and more.

I wish I could have brought my doctor with me when I moved. I only saw the ob/gyn office but the doctors here were amazing. They did for me exactly what was needed. They found things that the doctor I switched from refused to even test for. Dr. Rob is fantastic. He has an amazing bedside manner and he actually cares about his patients. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. I need someone like him where I moved to.

I went to KSB for a gallbladder attack I had. I was admitted into the emergency room with terrible pains the emergency room staff were great. Heres where the negative review comes in there was a doctor they called in because my doctor wasnt available. This doctor was very rude to me and the ER staff.

Was seen in the ER. Yesterday afternoon by Dr.hayat.sikander.had the WORST experience ever. He has awful bedside manner and before doing any procedure.never gave notice of when he was.going to start and put me in more pain than I came in with.if he was ever to walk in my room if ever in the ER

Family physician is great but that is where the buck stops. Billing is a nightmare, customer service is a joke. Unfortunately after 18 years w/ the same Dr. this hospitals handling of patients and their accounts has led me to switch. Do not recommend!

Been there one time for labor and delivery, had contractions on my way home so I had to stop, one CNA was downright RUDE, no patient in pain should be treated the way that she treated me today!!!!!
