After reading reviews, I was cautious, but for the kind of care my sister needed, it was the only option in the area. I am happy to report that our experience has been overall very good. We found all staff easy to communicate with and generally knowledgeable about both their facility and their work. They also took the time to ask us questions and seemed to relay answers well from team to team and between shift changes. You must always try your best to be involved and informed; I found the facility overall was happy to help me stay involved as well as help me be informed and to be open and responsive to questions.

no communication .. wait for hours for response to call lights.. left on the toilet for 2 hours again no response. pt is non existent. meds are not checked. their favorite answer to any question is " I dont know " another favorite is "I will be right back " and you might see them in a hour or so .. maybe not. the very worse part is the patient has no say at all in where he will go next. and how to get the hell out of there ! they have the say on your health and your future.. too bad there isnt a very poor quality .. not a good place at all.

Had to fight nursing continually. when questioning why they were being given a medication they werent allowed at prior hospital nurse would not check with Doctor or paperwork just stood over patient and said "I have orders to give you this so either you can take it or you do have the right to refuse it" Patient wanted clarification and should have received it. myriad and daily problems. SOME of the staff is awesome but the majority cannot handle the workload given them.

This place is a JOKE my husbands oxygen was at 65 and he pushed the call light and it took them 5 min to get in. They always are to busy to help or answer questions. Took a hour for him to get a blanket....I can keep going. Dont send your loved ones here!!! Horrible place!!!!!!
