Please do not take your loved ones here. I wish I could give this place a negative star.. THE WORST experience I have ever had at a hospital in my life. My husband had to rush me into the ER in the morning on a business trip because I was having such severe stomach pain (at the time, I thought that my appendix may have been rupturing). Upon arriving, I could barely stand. My husband is having to basically carry me into the waiting room. From the second we step foot in the building, we are treated like an annoyance. I was there for over half an hour before the Dr. even saw me. After a quick exam and a shot in my hip for pain (that didnt even touch the pain) they sent me on my way with a "UTI" diagnosis. Fast forward 3 weeks later as I write this review.... I am still in pain. I just received my bill in the mail for $3,000.... THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS to give me horrible, unprofessional service and to misdiagnose me.... P.S.- I just called to see about refilling my antibiotics and their response was "we dont do that." So 3 weeks later....three thousand dollars later....and weeks of continued pain later..... I am sitting here in shock at the fact that this establishment is licensed as "medical professionals"...that is just scary.....

if youd like to have some one speak down to you, if you like to not have any of your symptoms heard, if you prefer to be treated like a bratty preteen, and hate how much your doctors listens? Want to be told about the moral high ground (but get no real answers) from a guy who has no other solutions for your problem?! Want to be made to in general feel like less of a person!! Ocean Sorings very finest Dr. Raymond McGuire. That being said honestly I love this hospital and its staff, they as a whole will treat you wonderfully with the up most care and respect. However that boy is honestly just a sad little angry peon who can do no better than to attempt to belittle people around him.

The care and attentiveness of ICU staff and cardiac floor staff is AWESOME! Just moved here last August and husband suffered cardiac problems requiring a lengthy stay with procedure. Everybody from the clinic to admissions was great..THEN...Diane, business office personnel happened. I will not rest until I have her reported to every official I can. She was so rude to my 87 year old husband when he was giving her permission to speak with me (despite all the paperwork already signed giving me that right). So unprofessional and certainly does NOT need to be dealing with the public. Otherwise, great experience with this facility.

I honestly wouldnt even give you a 1 star if I could comment without it. Im on my husband phone at the moment because we are at providence in Icu with my husband on the vent because of you guys! If you guys would of cared a little more Sunday when he was stroking out and you call it a stupid Migrine and sent him on his way when he could hardly walk, he might not be and vent now. No words can describe the way Im feeling right now. James Eric Parker yeah look that name up on Sunday, when he came in on ambulance.You done nothing for him,and now he is in Icu on a vent.

I have to give a shout out to nurse Dave. I kindly requested for someone else to remove my daughters stitches since my son had a pretty rough experience at her age removing his with nurse Dave. But I have to eat my words because today he was amazing and so caring. He even walked me to the door and made sure we had everything we needed. I guess he was just having a rough day that day or something so if we ever need anything again I will gladly let him take care of us! Thank you Dave!

Great staff, short wait, attentive doctors, clean hospital, been there several times for various reasons and runs the was a hospital should run. Employees seem educated and skilled and calm.
