I was 10 minutes late with my mother, my 100 year old, totally incontinent, feeble mother, who had had an unexpected bowel movement as we were leaving for out appointment. I didnt call because it was only ten minutes but when we arrived, the parking lot was full and there was no unloading spot. The handicap parking is a 5 minute walk to the door for us, so that meant unloading the wheelchair. There were three people in the check-in line, which was also the check-out/.consult line. Another 5 minutes elapsed while the first in line folks reviewed instructions and wrote a co pay check. When, at 3:20, I finally made it, the atomatron at the window informed me that our appointment was at 3, McGill was booked up, theyd try to fit Mom in, but that could be an hour, or we could reschedule. I explained that Mom can no longer sit up for long, that I have to find someone to help me get her out and in the house, that SHES ONE HUNDRED YEARS OLD, to no avail. I was late. After All The Places I went And Tried To Get Help With My Diabetes These Were The Only Ppl Tht Could Help Me Get The Regulations Of My Diabetes And To Help Me Get On Track ...The Staff Are Wonderful Ppl..So Greatful for The Ppl There Especially Traci Evans...Shes So Patient,Caring ,and Helpful...I would Rate Her 10

Waited 45 minutes past my wifes wifes appointment...And was told that the doctor was running behind when they took a patient whos appointment wasnt until two hours from the time the time that he showed up. So tied of the doctors in this area.

The most thorough, concerned, caring professionals I have ever experienced. I think its sad that someone came in twenty minutes late and blamed the office for not fitting her in immediately. These guys are so thoughtful and caring.

I have Gestational Diabetes and think this woman knows nothing about it. She gave me advice that could have killed my baby and possibly me as well. Do not go to her if you are pregnant.
