Extremely disappointed with the billing of UW Dermatology. I have been twice in the past year and both times I have been sent outrageous bills for procedures that were not asked for nor told would be billed as "surgery" despite nothing being removed. When I called to discuss the bill, I was told I could submit for financial assistance but that requires you to send in your last two months of complete banking statements along with taxes and pay stubs. Ridiculous to ask for a persons bank account information!

UW Health has changed. A few months ago reaching a scheduler and getting a same day appointment was pretty painless. However, that has all changed. Now theres a hold time that averages between 5-15 minutes before getting a scheduler, who then cant get you a same-day appointment but can get you in in 2-3 days. To see my primary care physician takes 6 months(!). Im not sure when everything changed but it sure hasnt gone unnoticed.
