Honestly, if I were to give this place a review it would be well below that of one star. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. They are the most incompetent practice weve had the displeasure of dealing with!!! My family and I saw them for a couple of years until we finally had enough and luckily moved. First of all, my child was misdiagnosed by them for a condition that was relatively minor. They did all sorts of blood tests on my child and called us and very callously told us that our child had a life threatening disorder when in reality they had misread results from carelessly going over the blood work. I also had the horrible experience of going in for back pain and being made to feel like it was all in my head despite my inability to properly move or even walk!!!! They did an x-ray and basically rolled their eyes at me when nothing turned up citing in the most condescending way that "we see stay at home parents in here all the time with the same trouble, take Advil and rest a little". Now tons of physical therapy, MRIs,hospital stays and a microdiscectomy later after going through other doctors I can very confidently say they were wrong and handled my situation in very poor taste. Had they have taken the time and properly diagnosed me from the beginning I may not have wasted a year in endless pain. I really wish that were all, but they also mess up billing all the time. It doesnt matter if you pay your bills on time. They will still mark you as unpaid in their system and try to collect more. In addition to that, dont expect to ever get your medical records from them. Not only did they lie to us about transferring our eldest childs records when we initially began seeing them three years before (that was a huge issue because the other practice that DID have the records closed/moved and it was difficult to track down the records), but they also will not willingly give you your records without first charging you an outrageous fee and making you wait even longer (2 weeks they said) to get your physical records. We paid the fee and never received our records until our new doctors office got involved. All in all, it took MONTHS for us to get our records transferred when it really should have been instant or a couple of days. I should also say that the front desk staff are VERY rude, especially on the phone. DO NOT use this place. Frankly, they should be shut down in my opinion.

Every appointment I have had there I get shown to the room at the appointed time but have to wait 15 min for the doctor to show up. While you are waiting you can easily hear the exam that is happening in the next room and everything at the nurses station. So yes, they will also get to hear your entire exam! I guess that helps with the wait? I did get a wonderful follow up call from a nurse after a physical saying the doctor suggests I try adding more fish to my diet to help with cholesterol. Had he read my file he would note under food allergies the word fish... Simple mistakes like that are unforgiveable, imagine where errors like that could lead someone. When you are seen the doctor will spend about 75% of his/her time on a laptop reading off questions and typing in answers from what I can tell, (I can WebMD too), so dont expect a personal touch. And with the exception of refilling a standard inhaler and a simple physical I always get told to see a specialist... So as a helpful hint just skip this place and figure out what specialist you need to see and thank me for saving you time and money. I find it very frustrating that with all our advances this is what we get left with for primary care?! PRIMARY! First stop. Personally I would suggest finding a different PCP.

Thank God for Dr. Mock. She is simply amazing. 12 years ago, my youngest daughter suffered a severe cut which was patched together by an emergency room doctor quite some distance away. As soon as Dr. Mock looked at it she was in the operating room. Turned out Dr. Mocks quick actions saved my daughters life. I cant type this without tears in my eyes. Thank you to Dr. Mock and Dr. Glasgow for saving my daughters life. Fast forward to today Dr. Mock is still our primary and for good reason. She is one of the most genuine and caring people I have ever met. Heres the best part, she is concise, articulate, and inquisitive. Nothing gets past her, and isnt that what you want in your primary physician? Thank you so much Dr. Mock.

For a cough, I went there twice, before the doctor was able to give me anything to help. Had to go through a bad cough for 8 weeks before getting the medication that finally help get rid of it, since the doctor said it was common to have a cough for 8 weeks. What is even more ridiculous is that they did not tell me they changed from Tier I to Tier II for my insurance plan, resulting an extra $200 dollar deductible we have to pay out of pocket for the two visits. Been their patients for 4 years, and this is really disappointing!!!

Worst place ever. Not sure about all the doctors but Dr Mock is the absolute worst doctor we ever had. We are going on 3 months for a script that I have taken for over 15 years. She still has not done her job and gotten refilled even after I had my old Dr re send the medical records showing that I had to take that script that she had before and lost. I even called the insurance co for them and they told me how it could be handled that day...I gave them that info still not done.

Multiple times we have had to reschedule appointments for simple procedures because "they dont have a nurse" on staff that day. They would call 30 minutes before the appointment to cancel it. If a clinic is going to schedule an appointment they should probably make sure they schedule somedody to work that day.
