Whelp - wish I could write a better review. At least the customer service agents have been really nice in the many calls Ive made to figure out A. why they charged $3500 for a spinal xray (national average is $320) without seeing a doctor (only a physicians assistant), B. why they wouldnt bill all three of my insurances (much to the confusion and consternation of every rep I spoke with), and C. why they sent me to collections while not billing my insurances. Not a good experience. Definitely will never go back and advise everyone to watch out for the price gouging. Even if insurance pays for it - this is why healthcare is a mess.

Im new to the area and needed a place to get a quick strep test for my son. His regular physician is in Naperville and it would have taken us 35 minutes to get there so I thought it was an easy way to get a result. This place charged me $637 FOR A VISIT AND STREP TEST. OUTRAGEOUS! When I called they said that is just what they charge for visits. After calling my insurance company they said that the codes they used to submit to insurance where emergency room codes. EDWARD IMMEDIATE CARE....YOU NEED TO NOTIFY PEOPLE WHEN THEY WALK IN YOUR DOOR...THAT THEY WILL BE CHARGED EMERGENCY ROOM PRICES FOR A VISIT. IT HAS TO STOP!!!!!!
