First experience here at Urgent Care in Lake Geneva. I was meet at desk by cheerful, helpful CSR. Only waited a few minutes before Sue brought me back. Sue was very sweet, helpful and caring. Not long after Sue left the P.A., James William Gelder assessed me. James was professional, kind, compassionate and extremely caring. Excellent listener! His goal was to help me to the best of his ability since it is Urgent care and not family practice or any other specialty. James did just that!!!!!Chloe another RN drew my blood with confidence and professionalism. A big thank you to these staff members!!! They make our health care amazing!!!!

Horrible experience here. Waited for two hours only to see a nurse versus a doctor. Who was rude, used language that my 7 year old could not understand. Saw three people that they put in front of us who they should have sent to an ER. I wish there was an alternative in the area. They are a monopoly for the area so their care is horrible. Avoid if you can.

I sat in the waiting room for electrophysiology 30 min then 1 hour waiting for doctor in back room and there wasnt more than 1 person in the waiting room
