Our first visit with my son was nice. The practitioner listened to my sons heart, life went on, all was good. When it came time for his next wellness visit, I was told over the phone we were NO LONGER WELCOME due to exercising my legal and religious right to not vaccinate. I was confused. I thought this was America where we have medical freedom without forced treatments. Noone asked me WHY I chose not to vaccinate. They did not care that I was vaccine injured as a child. That I have a family member who nearly lost their life due to vaccine reaction. They only care about keeping the vaccine retention level high enough to be awarded bonus money. (Please google, this is real) Thank goodness we found another doctor who supports parental rights, and caught the very obvious heart murmur that should have been caught at Celebration. My son had a severe heart defect that required transplant! The whole hospital team was BAFFLED that celebration missed it.

I have gone here for 3.5 years and only stayed because we loved the doctors. In 3.5 years the 1st Doctor we loved left the practice suddenly after 4 months. Then the new doctor was amazing but she has dropped to 1 day a week and has taken long periods off without seeing patients. So then they brought dr middton who we loved and he was great with remembering my childrens illnesses and doing extra research on the conditions they had. He just switched to another practice. So 5 doctors have left in 3.5 years and every single nurse is new. They cant seem to keep any doctors or nurses. The location is convenient but thats it! Im so sad to have to leave them but I only stayed for the amazing doctors that all up and quit over night.

I thought this Dr office was going to be great because of the reviews and it started off as great but my fiancé and I were sadly disappointed! We just had a baby boy and he was about a month old when he happen to catch a little cough. We called asking what we should do, as we are BRAND NEW PARENTS. We brought him in to have the Dr tell us we have to wait for him to get pasted it which we figured because of his age. But a few days later he started getting worst. We called the office, during business hours, only to reach the voicemail and havent heard back from the office until 3 days later after we were in the emergency room with our baby boy. Dont bring your child here unless they are completely healthy.

Doctors are fine. Office staff is terrible. Unfortunately you cant get to the doctors without going through the office staff. They are disorganized. They are often kinda rude. We had to get a FL immunization record to register our son for school, they told us to come back the next day at 8 AM it would be ready. Next day no one had any idea what we were talking about. Then they said they call us in an hour with it done. 4 hours later I went back and sat in the office and waited for them to fill it out. I appreciate that folks get busy and these things take time, but in that case, stop making promises you cant keep. The place is a mess. There are plenty of other offices in Florida.

Very disappointed at the lack of communication with this office. My children have been patients for almost 7 yrs. Since Dr. Middleton left the practice this office has had a lack of communication. I scheduled my childrens physical when arrived at the location is see the office closed with printers on desk. I called the office for them to tell me they moved. I arrived at the new location to then be told 2 of the kids could not be seen because the appointment was at 8. I took time off my work and was there on time is not my fault the office failed to communicate their new location when I spoke to someone to confirm the appointment.

The front desk people are pretty horrible. They mess up on billing, they dont remind you about appointments, and 90% they dont answer their phone. Dr. Utsey wasnt great. She was checking my daughters ears for an ear infection and made her bleed twice. Not only that she held her down even when she was throwing up. My daughter now fears her. The rest of the staff doesnt seem to care, theyll leave you waiting for an hour, ask you the same question over and over again, and they dont seem to listen. Dr. Schlauder is the only good thing there, its too bad she has to work there.

Went in after my daughter had a cough for 8 days and they gave my asthma daughter cough medicine. It didnt help 4 days later we went back when she developed a 103 degree fever and vomiting and they said it was a stomach bug. And gave us Zofran. 6 days later stIll running a fever. They wanted me to send my daughter to Childrens Hospital because they couldnt do anything in the office. Switched pediatrician office and my daughter has bronchilioitis! They just pushed me off like my daughter didnt matter. That isnt right! So glad we switched this place sucked!

From the amazing staff to the wonderful Doctors. We tremendously appreciate the relationship they have built with our family. You could not ask for better care. The office is very clean and organized. We can always get in for same day for sick appointments and they are always able to accommodate our busy schedules. Both our children really like seeing all the doctors. Our appointments are always on time and we also like that Quest Diagnostics and Turner Drugs are in the same building makes it so convenient if they are needed.

I like it!!! The new office is more spacious which I assume is because their practice has grown over the years--and I guess their new location is convenient for patients who live in Celebration. I live in Orlando... Also, I never had a problem with the staff and they have been very friendly and helpful. The doctors are not my fav because my kids has had the best doctors in the past and they really dont measure up...but my kids see the nurse practitioner Janice at this office and we just love her!!!!

Before they changed to their new location everything was great.. Now they cant even see your kids when they are sick because their schedules are full.. make you wait forever to see the Dr on a regular check up and on top the ladies at reception are very rude and talk bad about their own patients in front of other people In the waiting area. I will not be returning.

The clinic is located at the Celebration Hospital, so it is quite convienent & also in a high end area. I visited today for the first time, and found the receptionists to be a bit rude & arrogant! However, the medical staff themselves were GREAT! Dr. Middleton was quite funny, caring, knowledgable, and also gave my son some life lessons.

Beautiful office in the same building as my Pediatric Dentist, Dr. Gooch! Dr. Ali, Camino and Heraud are all excellent and the office staff here is simply the best around!! Thank you for taking such great care of my babies.

Of course Im biased but I think this is by far the most beautiful, clean and organized office with amazing office staff and fantastic doctors! All pediatricians so my kids see doctors that specialize in kids!
