I was excited to go to the optometrist there, because I made an appt online and I was called numerous times to make sure I was coming. I got there the visit was smooth and Gretchen was nice. I picked out contacts and paid for the balance that my insurance didnt cover. However, the nightmare came after I left when they forgot to ask me for the copay and asked if I can come back. Im sorry, but good customer service isnt about inconveniencing people, I should know Ive worked in that field before. I was told at first they would take my contact order and transfer it to the copay. I dont have a problem paying, but it becomes a hassle when I have to go out of MY way when they didnt do their job. Its almost like my visit was a waste and now I have to start over. Very upset and disappointed.

I had my eyes checked and got new glasses in June 2016.The Doctor checked my eyes with my old glasses on,when i questioned him about it he said this is my way to check your eyes.I have never been able to wear the glasses and my insurance wont pay again until June 2017.My advice is never go to JCpenny Optical.
