My experience at this practice was not a very pleasant or positive one. I came in the office because I had a problem. My eyelid was swollen and very painful. I was not treated with compassionate and quality care. The receptionist Sandy told me that Dr. Phung would not see me unless I paid the $85 office visit. I didnt understand why I had to pay when I was just in the office 5 days ago and I have vision insurance. Sandy then tells me that my insurance only covers routine eye exams . I said okay but why do I have to pay for an office visit when I was just here literally a week today.. She kept saying the doctor wont see you until you pay. I was like this is absurd I have been coming to this office for 2 years and been using Lencrafters by choice for the past 5 years and this is how they treat loyal customers. After careful consideration, I will not be coming back to this location. I do plan on reaching out to someone in their corporate office because I am just very disappointed and obliterated in the lack of patient care I received.

Extremely poor customer service. Despite having been a customer for 10+ years and having an appointment I was left sitting in the waiting room for over an hour while 3 other patients with later appointments were seen. When they finally admitted that they had forgotten me - they said the Dr. couldnt see me because it was lunchtime - I would have to make another appointment. 2 hours of sick leave wasted. I wont be back. The front office staff here needs some serious training in customer care.

I highly recommend Dr. Warstadt and his office. The team at this practice is competent, caring, and efficient. Ive been counting on Dr. Warstadts care of my eyes for almost two decades now. Throughout the years, he has always answered my questions with patience, respect, and informative detail. He takes the time to explain my eyes and any problems that arise in a calm and clear manner. Hes a wonderful person to have on your healthcare team; my family and I do not go anywhere else.

I cant remember when Dr. Warstadt and Dr. Patel werent my eye docs, thats how long Ive been their patient. Really excellent patient care. Theyve been with me through innumerable eye changes, concerns about family glaucoma, and cataract surgery with the joy of no more glasses. Front office staff is equally proficient. Friendly, courteous, couldnt ask for better.

Dr. Phung was awesome. She was very willing to answer any questions that I had and did a through eye exam. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the front staff was pretty talkative and loud and it was kind of distracting for me to fill out my forms. But other than that I had a great experience.

So helpful in working me in for a last minute emergency appointment . Dr. Phung was incredibly helpful and helped to explain to me the issue I was having in lamens terms. Was out quickly with knowledge and care instructions. Well worth my drive from Downtown!
