Dr.Mincey and his staff are WONDERFUL! We have been going to him for 15+ years and have always been satisfied with the services and treatment we receive. Very friendly, professional and accomodating. My oldest son joined the military and is stationed out of state. He came home for Labor Day weekend and desperately needed some contacts. Dr. Mincey, although the office was closed because of the holiday, opened his establishment to see my son. He was able to get an exam and get the contacts he needed on a holiday weekend! I was overwhelmed Dr. Minceys accomodating spirit and soooo appreciative that he gave up his time on the weekend to see my son. He is awesome!!

Went to this place as a "walk in". I called ahead and they stated they could put me in. Made this appointment at 3:30. I arrive at 3:20 and it is 4:51. I have yet to see the doctor. The office closes at 5:00!!!! If there was no available time slot why did yall book me in??!!!! A complete disappointment.
