APRIL, the wonderful and amazing dental hygienist is always a joy to see and have my teeth cleaned - she is sparkling, radiant, vibrant, and gentle. Very compassionate in her style and method, taking good care of my teeth for many years - I strongly and vociferously recommend J.B. Dental in Westminster for the ultimate dental experience! The whole staff is so courteous, professional and makes going to the dentist a joy. Dr. Joanne Bancroft, DDS, is the BEST dentist Ive ever been to, and Im 65, so Ive been to at least 20 different ones in my lifetime. She is first-rate and so do yourself a favor and get an appointment while they still have space! Ive never felt safer, more confident and comfortable at the dentist than at J.B. Dental in Westminster, Colorado!!

I have always been a little bit afraid of dental visits, but I am so glad to have found JB Dental. The staff at JB Dental comes together to form one very high functioning, caring unit. Jen, the office manager, is diligent about confirming my insurance is in order and even took the time to call my HR when something didnt seem right. The hygienist, April, is meticulous at getting all the plaque and takes the time to make sure that I am comfortable throughout the process. Cathy is a caring and compassionate dental assistant. She could tell I was nervous and responded with comfort when I was getting a crown. Dr. B is an expert in dentistry and also listens to my needs and stays engaged with me throughout the procedure to ensure that my experience is pain-free.

These folks are wonderful! Weve been clients of Dr. Bancrofts for years and followed her from her previous place before she branched out on her own. Her staff is very friendly and makes you feel like family (in the good way ;)). They have always been very easy to talk with and my whole family has never had any problems with any of their services. Theyre very low-pressure and very eager to address any concerns or questions about a diagnosis or procedure. If youre looking for an impersonal experience, this isnt for you, but if youd like to make some new friends who happen to be very good at their jobs, this is the place!

Going to a new dentist can be scary, especially when you have had dentists suggest thousands of dollars of dental work when it wasnt needed. I am so happy to report that J.B. Dental is the complete opposite. Competent friendly staff with a dentist who is more interested in teaching you how to prevent cavities then treating problems that arent really there. When you do have a cavity it is dealt with efficiently. I really appreciate the friendliness, honesty and professionalism that Joanne and her team show on a day to day basis.

LOVE JB Dental! From the friendly front office staff to the clean rooms with high-tech equipment, this dentist office is the best Ive been to in Denver. My hygienist was thorough and informative during my teeth cleaning, which was pain-free. And Dr. Bancroft is the best! I always feel like she takes plenty of time with me to do the exams, explain anything of concern, and answer any questions I have. Its so nice to find a dental office where you dont feel rushed in and out, but truly cared for. Thanks Dr. B and team!

I never have to wait! Dr. Bancroft is a highly skilled dentist and the professional & friendly staff makes you feel at ease. The office in Westminster is close to US 36 & I-25 and few minutes from my home in Arvada. Plus -- I appreciate not having to wait for my appointment to get started. At my last appointment (on 6/20/26), I did not even sit in the waiting room. :-) They run an efficient office! Recommended Dr. Bancroft to my wife and she had a great experience as well.

Dr. Bancroft was my dentist when she worked for Westminster Dental Health. I was very happy to find a postcard with her and a few others from WDH that branched off on their own. These people treat everyone special, as if you were a part of the family. They make you feel very comfortable when getting either a cleaning or a procedure. You wont regret coming to see this practice. In fact, youll wish you did sooner.

They discuss all options so theres never a question of what is going on or what is needed, and do not upsell for services that arent necessary. I was so happy when Dr. Bancroft opened her own practice in Westminster. Jen and Kathy came with her from Westminster Dental (no longer in biz). They are all an amazing team. My kids and I have been with her for at least 7 years. This is a friendly and very competent dental practice. The new place is open and comfortable! A big plus!!! - they have great taste in music!

Im very lucky to have been referred to this wonderful office. It is a 35- 45 minute drive and one I dont mind. The staff is very friendly and professional. I see April every 6 months for cleaning and I actually look forward to it.
