This place is a scam! I received a promotional mailer from them for a $29 cleaning. I took off work earlier in order to make my 4pm appointment. They spent an hour inspecting my teeth and then proceeded to quote me on what it would cost for dental work. The office manager then proceeded to tell me that they would not have time to do the actual teeth cleaning that day because their hygienist got off at 5pm. I told him that was not my problem and that they should make time to clean for me since they never mentioned this and I had to take off work to be there. He then proceeded to get in an argument with the hygienist right outside in the hall way. Mist awkward and unprofessional experience I have ever had. I never did get my teeth cleaned after wasting over an hour of my time.

After having had a procedure done at this office, Bright Now contacted me nearly a year later to tell me that my insurance had denied the claim. I went back and forth with Bright Now and my insurance company to find out that Bright Now just needed to submit more documentation but had not done so. After I thought that had been resolved and all documentation was submitted, I found out a year and a half after the procedure that they had then re-submitted the documentation to the wrong insurance company. So because of the amount of time that had passed, insurance denied the claim and I had to pay out of pocket due to Bright Nows mistakes.

While the staff was mostly friendly, the flow of the services was lacking. I was told I could get a new patient exam and cleaning in the same visit and the visit would last 1 - 1.5 hours. I have been here waiting and waiting. I will be lucky to be out of here within 2.5 hours and there isnt the time to complete the dental work I need. It shouldnt take this long. They appear understaffed. Regardless of the service, their lack of timeliness makes me hesitant to return to this office. On the plus side, the dentist was thorough and did a good job with my teeth.

Dr. Rano and his team at bright now dental are amazing!! I arrived to my appt. about 45 mins early, expecting to wait until my scheduled time. I only ended up waiting for about ten mins then they got me in and on with my day much earlier than I had anticipated! Everybody was extremely informative and walked me through every step of the process. Amberdawn and Kerri were so welcoming and friendly, I felt right at home which is weird for me because Im always nervous going to the dentist. I would highly recommend this place to everybody and my loved ones.

The people here are awesome. I hadnt been to a dental professional in a long time and was nervous about having my wisdoms removed. The staff here, from office manager to assistants, were all friendly, courteous, comforting, and reassuring. Any question I had, they were good at answering and making sure I understood what I needed to know. My procedure went well, I am very pleased. (By the way, I had my teeth removed yesterday. I went to work today.) A big thanks to Bright Now! for taking care of me so well.

Consider yourself warned stay away from this dental clinic these folks are shysters and extortionists I shouldve realized when from the first time we went there a customer was arguing with them about being overcharged Ahh live and learn they are extremely expensive and do shoty lousy work and the will come after you two months after any work has been done claiming you owe them more money Im very disappointed that we ever went there... consider yourself warned.

The staff is very friendly and companionate! The Dentist is very gentle, knowledgeable and is willing to take time with you to discuss your concerns! The front office is very upfront about costs, and Chris is very knowledgeable about insurance and if he doesnt know the answer to your question, he will find out and get right back to you! Great Dentist!

I recently had to go in for a routine cleaning. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I also did not have to wait much past my set appointment time. They got me right in and gave me one of the best cleanings I have ever had. They also gave me some great tips on how to keep my gums healthy. I will definitely be coming back!

Warning! Do not be fooled! The $29 exam and cleaning is a come-on! You will be ex-rayed, examined and dismissed with no cleaning. However you will be offered an estimate of work needed in the thousands of dollars. We waited over 2-1/2 hours and at the end we paid $58 and walked away with no cleaning. What a rip off!

I just visited this office for the first time, it was my first time to the dentist in over 10 years and honestly I was a bit scared. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and very helpful. It was a fantastic experience and I am actually looking forward to future appointments.

Needed an urgent appointment for a chipped tooth and was losing my insurance at the end of the month... that left me 1.5 days to get in somewhere. and Dr. Reno squeezed me in that very same day. New tooth looks fantastic. So very friendly and down to earth staff.
