I wasnt planning to publish my dissatisfaction with Perfect Teeth until I just called to get my records transferred to another dental office, and instead of agreeing to send the records, they insisted I come in again to sign a release form (I was just there last week and they should have had this as part of the forms they had me sign), and they said that since I wasnt transferring to another Perfect Teeth, I would have to pay $25 to transfer the records! Last week was my first visit, and I just did not like the doctor, who was unaccomodating and rather rude to me as well as the tech who was taking my X-rays. Since I still have to go back for a cleaning (they refuse to do it on the first visit, which was strike#1), I changed dental providers so I wouldnt have to go back there, and now theyre extorting my X-rays! I took my 3-yr-old to a nearby Perfect Teeth, which provided acceptable service in October, however they billed my insurance incorrectly and I have had to make several phone calls to try to get the matter resolved between Aetna and Perfect Teeth. Overall, I am unimpressed with the Perfect Teeth franchise.

Unless you like needing several return visits for them to fix their dental work, avoid this location at all costs. Over many years Ive never had a single problem with a dentist until I switched to this location. The support staff here is OK, but it seems like they have a knack for hiring incompetent dentists. One dentist made a tooth worse after a filling and the current dentist who replaced him jabbed a need into a nerve causing tremendous pain. She seemed much more concerned about herself and worried about messing up that she didnt even apologize and acted as if I had done something wrong -- imagine that! Not professional at all. Dont waste your time, money, or jeopardize your tooth care at this location.

Do not visit! I went for a new patient visit, was charged for a "problem" visit without explanation, received sub basic exam with no diagnosis. An expensive referral was made to a specialist for root canals. When I got a second opinion I was told I did not need a root canal at all and it was a simple case of teeth grinding. I have also seen another perfect teeth dentist who has just made a mess of two of my teeth doing simple fillings, by making the job bigger than necessary. This has caused me to lose half of two teeth. Please do not waste your money. I am now finding better insurance to go and see a quality dentist.

Absolute rip off! My husband went for a cleaning and the hygienist told him he needed about $400 worth of treatment for a gum disease. He scheduled another appointment and went back a few days ago. The hygienist he had the second time was a temp employee, and she did not see any of the same problems the other hygienist "saw". His gums are no where near gum disease and the treatment would have been a complete waste of money. As said in other reviews, we never see the same hygienists or doctors when we go there, and that says something about the quality of work they do in general.

Very pleasant experience at this office. Was seen quickly by the doctor who treated a problem tooth and gave me an objective appraisal of its condition and three different treatment options. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision right away. Cost options were clearly explained to me and it was left completely up to me to choose which option I felt most comfortable with. Rhonda was super helpful in arranging an appointment for me at their oral surgery office the next day! Thank you to everyone at Perfect Teeth!

I also will never go again. They pushed a treatment program on me that was not covered by insurance and the treatments were buried in the "treatment plan" document. Do not sign one of these. They use this as proof you agreed to a treatment even though they combined it with insured treatments. When I protested they got very frosty. I filed a complaint with my insurance company but do not expect a refund from these rip off artists.

I will never go here again. I spent two hours this morning for a toothache only to be given excuses from the doctor, saying that he wasnt in charge of the schedule. He looked at my teeth and said I PROBABLY need to have my fillings replaced, since he couldnt find anything else wrong. Even though I had been told it was possible on the phone, he of course, didnt have time to do it that day.

The whole team was very amazing and very polite and friendly. The team makes it very comfortable and pleasant to come in to.Would I recommend someone else to go to this office, yes I very much would. You have a very good team. The service has been great. Very professional and very gentle with your mouth as a dentist can be. I have been very pleased.

My little man went in there for his first time in that office and first time to a denist in years. The staff was awesome! I couldnt of asked for a better staff to care for his teeth! I will definitely be continuing to go here along with referring others to them! I left wishing they would take me as a patient as well

Dr. Bussa and his staff were very professional and proficient. Got an appointment same day I called. Had issue diagnosed, explained and scheduled in about 30 minutes. They offer insurance that cut cost way down!! Was a surprisingly comfortable place to be

I am well pleased at this dentist office. I originally had a slight issue with my bill. After a phone call with the office manager they were prompt to refund my card. This type of customer service is a rarity in the dental industry, I fully recommend.

Never go here these people are awful i got the worst service in the world i dont think they even know how to properly work on teeth go to someone who wont just waste your time and money im very disappoined with the services provided by prefect teeth
