Ive been treated by Dr. Kathryn Frederick for about 3-4 visits thus far, and she is pretty good with her hands. Oral injections that she gives are painless. Her office is modern and her staff friendly. Her prices, after some brief research, are about on par, or maybe a little higher than average. My only real criticism is the fast-paced, fast-food sort of approach her office has. You dont have a private room, youre in one big room that has a row of chairs in it. Its reminiscent of an assembly-line. I bet she makes a real killing with this approach. I mean, when shes done with your procedure, shes gone, moved on to her next patient in the next chair over. Theres not a lot of post-procedure bedside manner. This comes across as "yeah, yeah, now pay and leave."

Visited today. My daughter was seen. I have visited almost every dentistry in Lewisburg and several in Columbia myself personally and my daughter as well. We were treated very badly at every single one of them. Honestly, I have nothing good to say about any of my past experiences. But to this Columbia Dental Group, from the time we walked in til we walked out, we were treated with the utmost respect and we walked away knowing this is the best place in Tennessee. To the Dr s and staff, may each and everyone of you be blessed. MERRY CHRISTMAS. Just want to add, Franklin, Tn. dentist has 1 huge room all patients are in at same time, with different assistants working on them all. And he isnt cheap by no means. We were very comfortable.

We have used Columbia Dental Group for over ten years. With Dr. Clayton purchasing the practice we are very glad to see the same, high quality level of service by Dr. Clayton and the entire staff. Dr. Clayton is kind, gentle, and very considerate. She even follows up in the evening after a visit for a routine filling to be sure that all is well. Ive used the same hygienist, Erica, for 10 years. She has the gentlest touch when cleaning my teeth--no discomfort, ever. This is the closest to painless dentistry that Ive found.
