Im very glad I waited to write this review; let me explain. I have seen Dr. McNulty several times and find him to be one of the best optometrists I have ever seen. However, I purchased a $500 pair of glasses from practice and they cracked within 6 months of receiving them. The practice replaced the glasses at no cost, but the pair that replaced them also cracked within 18 months. When I called one of eyeglass salesmen, I was told that they were outside of their one year warranty and nothing could be done. I would have to pay full price for a replacement pair. This infuriated me and I held it against the entire practice. Today I made an appointment with Dr. McNulty because, regardless of the quality of the glasses, he is a fine optometrist. He asked if I had and questions so I asked him for a recommendation on where to purchase quality glasses. He examined my glasses and was shocked when I told him my story. He asked me if I would be willing to replace them at his practice if they only charged me their cost. While I was thinking over his proposal, he amended it, saying "Never mind, we will replace them at no cost. There is no excuse for this lapse in quality". What could I say to that but yes? There are a couple of take-aways from this review. One is that the practice is ethical and stands behind their quality. The second is to not take no for an answer, like I did, without lodging your appeal with Dr. McNulty himself. Dr. McNulty has my business, and the business of my family, from this point forward.

Dr. Rosengarten.. Love you & expertise however I was made to feel like a person off the street by the fellow with the big gray hair. All I wanted was for him to adjust ny glasses which I purchased there, however he was waiting on 2 women dripping in gold jewelry, diamonds and very expensive clothing. Therefore he ignored me and I had to wait 35 minutes. Well he took my glasses in the back did something to the ear piece but, never adjusted to my face. Since I work in the courts we are keenly aware of profiling and how that man conducted himself was a pure case of profiling. Turns out the two well heeled women were just killing time Ive always a paying customer but, when I have my next examine I will want the written prescription to take elsewhere for frames .where everyone is treated equally. It was disturbing to see that kind of conduct going on in your office. There are a pair of fendi frames that I have already picked out but, like I said, I will go elsewhere rather than to be treated like a person whom does not belong there. Sincerely, Suzanne M. I have worn a specific type of contact lens for over 25 years. They were no longer available and I couldnt find a lens that fit my eye correctly. I had been to three different doctors trying to get a fit. Someone suggested I give Dr. McNulty a try. I called and explained my situation and that I didnt want to pay for another exam unless a solution could be found. The receptionist spoke with the doctor and he indicated he thought he could help. He had recently attended a conference and heard about a company that specially makes "retired" contact lens for hard to fit eyes. Finally- happy again in my toric contact lens. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Rosengarten is a wonderful doctor. However beware of the EXTRA charges that they have. Aways ask the office if they will charge you for ANY service b/c most of the time they will! VERY VERY expensive even for the quality of service and the extra charges. I was not please with the inconstancy of the company. They did not charge me last year for a contact fitting (34.00) but they did this year???? I know we are not perfect but if you can miss a charge then why even charge? I would LOVE for them to give me back my money but they wont.

I recently became a patient of Dr. McNulty upon the enthusiastic recommendation of a friend. After two visits Im delighted with the competence and friendliness of the staff. Dr. McNulty provided the most comprehensive exam Ive ever had, then patiently explained the results. Ive worn contact lenses for 40 years; he recommended a newly-developed lens, which, though more expensive, is far more comfortable and worth the price. I heartily recommend Dr. McNulty and his practice.

The staff and Dr. Houston are wonderful. They actually take the time to listen to you, and work hard to make your experience a great one. I have a very strong prescription and work on a computer all day. Was having some issues and Dr. Houston resolved issues by looking at it from my work environment l. Cant wait to see how my glasses come back.

Dr. Rosengarten is very obliging, straightforward and nice! I needed to see an eye doctor ASAP and they were able to fit me in the next day before I had to go to work! I love the technology they have that can let me get around having my eyes dilated. He is very approachable and reassuring. Highly recommended!

Dr McNulty and his team are wonderful! They are great with my kids, and they know their stuff. We have some complicated eye issues, and Dr. McNulty keeps up-to-date on his research. He knew about clinical trials and when techniques reached the approval stage, so we were able to decide with confidence.
