Just like all the rest of the users that have rated this place a one star, their customer service is horrible. I called in advance to make an appointment at the beach location and confirm that they take my insurance. Fallon assured me that they did and it would only be $16 for my contacts. After my appointment and ordering contacts, not only did they ship them to the wrong store, they tell me that I had a bill for my contact appointment and $166.00 for contacts. The supervisor Cathy Nichols was condescending, rude, and told me regardless of what their employees told me that was still my "responsibility". They offered a 10% discount on my bill for the "inconvenience" and for being misinformed. I will be taking my business elsewhere. There is to much competition out there to be providing customers with this poor level of service.

Called and set an apt. Told the young lady on the phone what I was coming for "an eye infection" in which she told me it was a $75 charge (without insurance ) when I showed up I made sure to mention I was there for a $75 visit. So I went to my apt. Dr spent about 5 mins with me making me read a board and looking at my eye. At the end I was charged $150. When I asked why, they said it was because I was a new patient. When the lady on the phone asked me that before she told me the $75. Also the receptionist asked if I was new before I mentioned I was there for the $75 visit. They need to get all their ducks together, and stop surprising people at the end with a higher bill than they were told.

If youre looking for long waits, horrible service, and superfluous unprofessionalism, this is the place for you! After having to wait 3 hours to get a WRONG prescription, I wanted to just get my lenses looked at really quickly- shouldnt have taken more than 15 min. Weve been in the waiting room for 50 min and she JUST took my glasses in the back for evaluation. Never coming back here again. If there was a zero star rating, I wouldve picked it.

I tried to make an Appt with them and the person who answered the phone seemed like she was in a rush and rushed our conversation along. After I told her Id get them what they needed from my insurance company I said "OK, thank you Ill get you the info" then I heard a click. She hung up on me. Needless to say they lost a potential customer with their poor customer service.

No problems whatsoever. I hadnt had my eyes dilated in 20+ years so would have been nice to be warned about how limited my sight would be (not just light sensitive), but courteous staff, quick appointment, and stallar help picking out my new glasses, including direction oh those my insurance would cover a greater portion of the cost.

As like most doctors, this place forgets its a business. Waited over a hour and half and walked out never seeing the eye doctor. For some reason when it comes to medical, we as a culture accept the poor service from start to finish (Not this customer). They seem to care less about you here. I would not recommend going here at all!

I showed up 15 minutes early to find several other patients scheduled for the same time with only one doctor available. When I asked how long the wait would be I was told " there is no way to know"? The desk assistants did not seem to care when I walked out. Good luck with that customer service ethic.

Not impressed at all. I was hoping this new center would be a little better than the center at the town location. Poor customer service. Even when leaving a message, they cant seem to return phone calls. The wait time is crazy, even with a scheduled appointment that you are early for.

I have called twice and left a message to set up an appointment for my husband and I, we both have glasses. No return call after 3 days and they never answer the phone. I guess they have enough patients. We are heading to Optikka on 30a. Super nice staff there!

1 hour wait time for an annual eye exam and I already arrived 15 mins early for my appointment. I could use that 1 hour for something productive than sitting in the chair. Cancelled my appointment and staff (Sean) was not even apologetic
