Everytime I call for questions or frame repair information no one has the answers Im inquiring over the phone. Simple questions like, is my eyewear still under warranty, shouldnt require a road trip. Its like they cant take a single moment to type my name into the computer and find the answer for me! I always have to come in face-to-face, waste my gas and be treated rudely. After spending hundreds of dollars with this company, I expect by children and I to be treated with more respect. Not my favorite eye glass place by far!

I see a lot of health professionals and these are some of the best. My vision is pretty poor so having a good optometrist can literally have me seeing that much better. Also, they have stellar customer service when your old glasses lose a screw theyll fix them for free.

The staff are all so friendly, and professional. I have been diagnosed with cataracts, and Dr. Sokol has been so informative on what to expect. The staff are always helpful with getting adjustments done, without an appointment.
