I made an appointment because I was sick and recently moved to the area and needed a primary. I was very pleased that they were able to get me in that afternoon and its 5 minutes from home. I arrived on time, completed the new patient paperwork and waited only 15 minutes to be seen. The MA brought myself and another woman into the hall at the same time to weigh us which due to ankle surgery I was not able to step up onto but she should know to care for one patient at a time. I was asked several questions about surgeries and current meds and had my bp checked. After a brief wait Dr. Morrison came in. He flipped through the papers I filled out and asked why Im taking Xanax and steroids. He examined me looking in my ears and throat. My ears had been draining for several days and my throat was red and on fire. My voice was extremely strained and I was coughing. He proceeded to discuss how I should get a second opinion on my ankle (true) and that if I needed another refill for my Xanax that I would have to come back. My last prescription was over six months old but since I was coming to be set up with a new primary care I brought it. Upon check out I look at my prescriptions Dr. Morrison wrote and there is no antibiotic. I say to the young lady "he didnt write an antibiotic"? Dr. Morrison was standing close by and snaps "well you didnt tell me you were sick". REALLY - if you would have read my paperwork or paid attention to me and really examined me you could not have missed the symptoms. He gets all defensive and just repeats you didnt say you were sick you will have to be put back in a room. Which he did the same thing in the room looked in my mouth and listened to my breathing. The staff made excuses for him saying "oh, ya know how doctors can be". I am a professional and NO your doctor just acted like a 5 year old. My insurance will pay him for his time along with my copay. It is not a patients responsibility to follow through with the doctor. Had I been a young adult or not work as a pharmacy operations manager I may not have known I did not get antibiotics until I went to the pharmacy. Needless to say I hope the other doctors in the practice are more patient friendly for those who stay but I will not be back.

Dr Greenfield has such an ego issue that he made his staff call me and change my review. Well news for you Dr. Greefield Im not changing my review! Why dont you sell your overpriced Mercedes and pay for a cleaning service and then use the rest of the money to hire doctors that have a brain. Your port richey office is dirty and makes me feel like Im in the ghetto. The nurse will even tell you please dont take off your shoes because we dont know the last time this year has been cleaned! Pathetic! Your Dr. Morris that YOU hired is one of the rudest people Ive ever met. And has very little medical knowledge. My dog is smarter than both of you 2 doctors put together. Good luck with your failing practice. Looks like you just might have to go work at the county health department. You should be used to it since both your Trinity and Port Richey office both already look like the dirty Health Department. Sure hope that this review is up to your satisfaction because I am posting it on every website possible. Cant wait to sit here and watch your business fall!

Dr. Morris is unprofessional and his personality comes across very poor. His office made my mother reschedule 3 times, after already arriving for our appointments, because they neglected to get paperwork sent over from the hospital. The staff was also very unprofessional and all they did was talk bad about one another. My mother was very ill and had to see specific doctors due to her insurance but we have definitely found a new primary care elsewhere. I DO NOT recommend this doctor.

Okay . . . I am in the process of a change of heart and change of mind regarding my previous comments regarding Dr. Greenfield. He really does care after all! There was a misunderstanding regarding my insurance and Im pretty sure I will recieve exceptional medical care as a new patient. And . . . by the way, from the very beginning, the office staff in both of his offices have been extremely helpful and pleasant, which gives this doctor an added star!

So today I call to confirm the address of the office I am going to, and to my surprise they canceled my appt without even confirming with me. Just took me off the book. Supposedly they called but I dont have one voicemail. I should have not still tried this practice after the negative reviews but I had decided to give him a try. The incompetent front staff should be replaced with ones that can actually do their job.

I have been seeing Dr Morris for 5 months for their excellent weight loss program. Dr Morris is always very professional, patient and answers all of my questions and concerns The front office is great, they always call me the day ahead to confirm my appointment. I highly recommend their facility!
