My 10 month old son had a fever of 101.1 and I brought him here. DO NOT GO HERE. I signed my name in and waited to be called up to do my registration and insurance forms. I waited for 35 minutes before I approached the desk. No one was around. I stood and waitied for 5 minutes before someone just slowly walked behind the counter, MADE EYE CONTACT WITH ME AND STILL TRIED TO WALK AWAY. So I said "Im just trying to ask a question here about my son" the lady goes "okay well did you sign in" "Yes I did. My son is 10 months old with a fever and Ive been siting in your waiting room for 35 minutes and nothing had happened. His temp was 100.4 and I gave him Tylenol and within the hour his temp went to 101.1. Im just wondering weather or not I should take him somewhere else or how long its gonna be until he gets seen" the lady tells me "thats your choice on if you want to take him somewhere else. We cant give you a time frame. We have 6 patients waiting to be called back and 3 that still need to be registered in. If you want I can bring out a thermometer and check him for you" I told her that sounds fantastic. So I sit back down and I waited 10 MINUTES. And she never came out. She grabbed one patient from the waiting room and took them into their room and never came back up to the front. I packed up my son and left. HES 10 MONTHS. the staff was lazy and very careless. I am not the only one who brought a child in, but I am the only one who brought in a baby. Normally you would think they would see babies first , especially with a fever. I guess not. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Literally, do not even waste your time going here. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes just to have a reciptionist type in my insurance information and address, which took her over 20 minutes to complete - it was like it was her first time sitting behind a computer. Once I was finished watching her type 1 word per minute, I waited another 10 in the waiting room before seeing a nurse for my vitals (they call patients out of order), waited another 15 minutes before seeing a physician that literally spent 2 minutes with me before writing a prescription. The facility is clean, the physician was well educated but the front office staff make the experience HORRIBLE, if it was an emergency situation I wouldve been dead. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I was seen for a horrible cough and difficulty breathing, no energy, the Dr. Processed to Diagnosed me with a sinus infection given antibiotic.after three days no improvement. Went to my normal office was properly diagnosed with chronic bronchitis put on the correct medication and within a day feeling so much better.when you cant breath and cant stop coughing (couching up a lung type coughing) how do do not suspect bronchitis or some type of lung problem? Disappointed in healthcare already this was not good. I was not impressed with the office it was dirty, i heard them all talking at the desk about 90s movies while I sat and waited. No one else in the intire clinic and it still took an hour. BAD!!!!

Horrible Service - We recently brought our 4 month old into urgent care and she was misdiagnosed. The doctor did a brief examination (was in the room for about 2 minutes) and then left. On top of her being misdiagnosed the pharmacist couldnt read the doctors hand writing to fill the prescription and when they called, the office was closed. On the other hand it worked out because it was the wrong medicine. All round bad experience and now St. John Customer Relations wont call us back to even discuss this. To have a 4 month old infant misdiagnosed is a pretty scary thing, which is why I will never go back again. This has been an exhausting and horrible experience.

I went into the clinic because I had a fever and I was very congested. Many times prior when this happened I had Bronchitis and the prior treatments work well. When I explained what worked the Doc said "yes, them is a protocol than can be used". and prescribed that medication. In a few days I gradually got well. Most Doctors dont listen long enough to here what you have to say and drag you thru the normal routines so they can make money on x-rays that are not needed and revisits to get stronger medication. Sometimes things are worth waiting for.....

I took my Mom today, she feels like she has a UTI, we waited 45 minutes and she was not even checked in yet. When she asked about the wait she was told that there were 3 in back and 3 waiting ahead of her. There was no one sitting at the reception desk for the majority of time we were there and the staff that we did see were less than enthused to be there. A very poorly run office, we left and will not be going back. One star only so I can post this!

I brought 7 month old daughter in because she had a high fever and kept throwing up. They checked her ears, told me it was just a bug and sent us home. I took her to her Dr the next morning, she had a sever ear infection. 2 weeks later we recieved a bill stating they saw her 2 days prior to the actual day I took her, and tried to bill me for a breathing treatment that she had never received. I have no idea how this place is still opperating.

The wait time here is horrendous! If I didnt absolutely need some medicine to get better, I would have walked out. Ive been waiting now for 1 hour and 40 minutes with no explanation of why its taking so long. Ive been to urgent cares that have a patient load of at least twice the amount as this one and is 500% quicker. I regret not going to the normal urgent care I usually do, which is a St. John facility as well.

Terrible service! I went in with very high blood pressure and pain in chest. It took hours to even be seen, I was then given pepto. The doctor was very callous, you could tell she was burned out and could not care less about her patients. The only positive thing I can say about this place was the nurse. She was great. She would make a better doctor then the doctor herself.

I have had pleasant experiences every time Ive visited which is at least 5 times. The doctors are personable and friendly. There have been a few times where Ive had a long wait in my room, but for the most part, Im normally only there for an hour.

Give this place 0 stars if possible. Slowest place I have ever been and its not a fluke. Tried a few times thinking it may have just been the one doctor. You will wait 2+ hours every time even if there is only couple people in the waiting room.

Everyone was friendly and professional. I was out in less than an hour. They sent my script to CVS electronically and it was ready when I arrived. I was very happy with my experience here. I was worried having read some bad reviews.
