Went in for an annual physical as a new patient. We have to do this to keep our insurance every year and we just moved to the area. The insurance covers it. This doctors office orders labs for the bloodwork. I only needed a cbc. Apparently the doctors here order a thyroid test for everyone also, without telling me. The insurance doesnt cover it so Im stuck with the lab bill. Thanks a lot. People just be careful and know exactly what labs they or any other doctors office are ordering for you. I went in with all the paper work on what I needed to have done/tested for my physical.

I liked my doctor, but it was nearly impossible to get an appointment (next available appointment was 6 weeks out). The office hours are limited and the office is short-staffed so dont expect to be able to talk to anyone right away when you call. I had to wait on hold multiple times for 15 minutes before being hung up on. I was sorry to leave Dr. Kerwin, but happy to not have to deal with so many inconveniences at this office. Cant believe they can run a a doctors office the way they do.

I am trying to pay a bill. It is Wednesday at 3:30pm. Office hours are till 5pm. no answer except the machine telling me they are closed and to call back during business hours. Hello, it is during business hours. They dont even have an option to leave a message so they can call me when they decide to open... Very Poor service...
