My mom is a patient at this office, she has been going there for many years. Mom is 86 and takes many medications. Family has tried for days to get her script refilled on a medication she has been on for blood pressure, the call was put in on Monday and here it is Thursday and the script was not called in, when the office was called I was put on hold for over five min, and when I did get someone they were rude and said it took 24 to 48 hours for a script to be called in, the person on the other end said call the drugstore and hung up. This is such unprofessional and unacceptable for a medical office to act this way. If there is any way we can get mom to another doctor it will happen not because of the doctor cause of his office staff not doing their jobs. This has happened before with them.

Incredibly rude, indifferent and apathetic office staff. Wouldnt call in a prescription refill, hung up on me, belittled me over the phone. When i complained and asked doc to call me about it I got a letter ending my care. Go figure. Im pursuing a complaint with the better business bureau. That is how awful this experience with the office staff was, it has motivated me to ensure this gets on record officially.

The office staff has always been very helpful and considerate. Our family has never had any problems getting prescriptions refilled or appointments changed. Dr. Cichowlas is a very knowledgeable and amicable doctor who takes a personal interest in his patients.
