I was referred to this doctor through Henry Ford Macomb hospital I was there with a very severe burn I left the ER with paperwork and I was referred to a doctor Jeremy Fisher well long story short I talk to the receptionist who says they do not take my insurance so I asked to pay cash and they tell me they will not even take my cash so I got on the phone with the office manager her name is Mary Kay who is a very rude and ungrateful person I told her my situation and she was completely rude and unhelpful and she says well you cannot be seen here cuz we do not take your insurance so I told them that I dont care about my insurance I wanted to come pay cash because this was an emergency and I was told by the ER to follow up within 1 to 3 days and this was on the third day they would not see me so I leave my name and number with Mary Kay yesterday to call me back she does not call me back I called back this morning and spoke to the receptionist Cindy who tells me Mary Kay called you yesterday which was a bold faced lie it is 2012 I have voice mail she did not leave a message or call my phone which was left on all day long so basically this was the worst experience Ive had with a doctors in my entire life if you have any choice or any option do not go here by any means necessary they are very rude and ungrateful people especially Mary Kay the office manager and Cindy the receptionist who lied to me. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

Brought my 4day old newborn in to get checked out and we got HARASSED by not one but 2 doctors for not getting vaccines done. First one came in she checked the baby all out and wouldnt stop pushing shots after I clearly told her our entire family doesnt do vaccines and my 7 year old hasnt had a single one. She kept going on and on about what a bad decision Im making till I got mad and told her Im done talking about it. 2 minutes later another doctor comes in to check the baby out and again starts talking about vaccines and how Im going to have to hear this from them every time because they STRONGLY recommend them. If I choose not to inject my child with poison ITS MY CHOICE IM THE ONE THAT CARRIED AND PUSHED THIS BABY OUT BUT THEY HARASSED ME TO THE EXTENT I HAD TO TELL THEM IM DONE TALKING ABOUT THIS AND ILL GET A NEW PEDIATRICIAN! UNPROFESSIONAL horrible doctors they should be ashamed of themselves sorry you wont get your bonus off of shooting my daughter up with toxic chemicals!

This is an office full of MD-interns. There is only one or so MD’s or DO’s in the office, otherwise, it’s all doctor-interns. That being said, it’s great go give these kids a chance to practice, but for that reason, I wouldn’t advise going in to Seville Family for more than a cold. The front office staff and nurses are the reason for the stars, they are all very kind. The interns-0 stars.
