Dr. Bushra Siddiqi treated me extremely rudely and was completely incompetent. She ordered a round of unnecessary genetic tests which she assured me were covered by my insurance, only for me to find out they werent covered when a couple bills in the thousands of dollars arrived at my home. The results from the tests told us what wed already known from simple blood and urine panels. I also have doubts concerning her medical knowledge since she told me that tobacco was safer than cannabis, which any good doctor should know is untrue. Dr. Elizabeth Tuttle was barely better. I had to wait for nearly two hours after my scheduled appointment to see her, only to be dealt with very rudely and brusquely. After that experience, I decided to find another clinic.

I will be honest. I loved this family practice when Dr. Alice Frazier was there. She was my PCP for years. After she retired Dr. Veronique Bartman took over Dr. Fraziers patients. Dr. Bartman and I never seen eye to eye. Her bedside manor is nasty and unpleasant. She sits in front of the computer every appointment and very rarely makes eye contact with you. She apparently is unable to type and listen to your problems at the same time because time after time she will cut you off so she can continue on the computer. She is very impersonal. I am leaving OSU Worthington Family Practice after 9yrs of care. No one should have to undergo the unprofessionalism that I have experienced with Dr. Veronique Bartman.

I saw a CNP and was billed for lab services that are supposed to be free. In fact, they are required for me to keep my health insurance. What a crime. I will not be back.

DeLucia has good bedside manner. The receptionists, however, are consistently apathetic and rude.
