Dr. Diponio cared when I first started seeing him about 16 years ago. But I think doctoring is wearing and tearing on him, and he has lost compassion for his patients. The last time I called for an appt, they said they couldnt help me. The office is and has always been extremely unprofessional. You can overhear the MAs talking about patients all the time. I used to go because Dr. Diponio originally wanted to help, but I always hated the staff. After he went way downhill himself, I saw no need to return to his office again. One of the last few times I saw him, he asked if I would like a referral to u of m. I said yes, and then when I was leaving, the MA said she couldnt find the sheets right then, but shed put it in. Then she turned to me, very snottily, and said, "You know it takes months to get in?" Yes, I do know that. So you should put the referral in. It was about 6 months later I stopped going to the office altogether, realizing I never got a referral or any sort of direction. Now Ive still had the same ongoing issues for years.
