Longest wait times...sometimes over 2 hours. Does not spend much time and insists my beta blocker is a magic pill and taking more and more will stop my heart from beating irregularly every time it happens (when his partner in the office has warned me taking too much can make heart rate dangerously slow). Nice office staff except for when you call with immediate health concerns. Diagnosed with SVT.... Was having pounding heart palpitations, sweaty shakey hands feeling disoriented so I called around 11:20 and told the receptionist my heart rate was 107 bpm; she said she would call me back after a write up. After they took their lunch (no one called back) I called again and the new receptionist had no idea what I was talking about when I was ready to admit myself to the ER. She then said can you come in TOMORROW afternoon and said to "take it easy today." My mother called to explain my situation for an appointment as I needed to see my cardiac doctor...then they cut her off and put her on hold for over 15 minutes. I understand they are busy but do not prioritize specific patients above others when patients call with health concerns.

My husband and I are here because of Dr. Schreiber. The staff have always been fun and great. The time I wait is not a problem when you know you have the best. I try to treat them as I want to be treated it works. He has given our health more than two hours. We thank all of them for doing their job so well.

Dr. Schreiber is an outstanding Dr. He has performed multiple surguries on both my Dad and Uncle. Thanks to him They are both still with us and doing well.
