Nurses and front desk ladies were great...very nice and patient...however...I saw Dr. Ausi. He is very impatient, even though there was only 1 other person in the place. I made a list of symptoms and a time line to show/read to him...I named about 3 symptoms and he cut me off saying.."hold on, you have too much going on here" in a nasty tone. I was talking slow and pointing on my paper as I read them. He acted like I was making it all up...then tried telling me it was asthma/allergy related. I insisted it wasnt. So he took a chest xray and noticed I had pneumonia in both lungs! Allergies...I dont think so. 102 temp, dizziness, headaches, cough, fractured rib from coughing, trouble breathing....Im very irritated. No sympathy, no patience at all. Will never see him again...very disappointed. If you are a doctor....you need to CARE about people, if u dont....go work at fast food!

Absolutely terrible experience. Wish I could give it 0 stars. I can feel myself getting sick, my sister and half my coworkers are sick. He wouldnt even write me a zpak. After being there for an hour and a half for no reason essentially. The lady who gave my the discharge papers really made the experience the worst. She said in a very annoyed and condescending way "whats wrong" not in a caring way at all. And she was very belittling to me while explaining that she is around sick people all day and doesnt take antibiotics. I just wanted a simple zpak in case i get worse. Which Im sure I will. Im extremely unhapy with my experience here. The lady who gave me the discharge papers is terrible and shouldnt not work with the public especially in the medical field

I would not recommend this Urgent Care. I went in to be seen for a antibiotic. I had to stop taking the antibiotic after 4 of the 10 scheduled days because I was experiencing all of the side effects. I called the following week which was day 7 of the 10 day regimen and was rudely told that I would need to be seen again. I explained that the delay was due to my hectic work schedule and the weekend. Had the Dr. provided me with the Z-Pak that I asked for, i would have never experienced this. Now, I have wasted 2.5 hours in the waiting room and my $50 co-pay.

My first time at this location. I had a terrible terrible experience. I will never take my children and/or recommend this location to anybody. I strongly believe that the doctor is very unprofessional rude and inconsiderate. He barely has anything to say about anything hes very negative and does not do a thorough job and his proceedings. I took my daughter here because she believed she sprained her wrist he barely even touched it let alone looked at it and then walked out the door not saying a word. Again I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody

Im currently at St.John hospital with my mom shes not breathing on her own Dr.Zalt comes in & starts talking to the nurse then starts checking my mom I asked whats his name he assumed told me yesterday which I never meet him it was my sister he talked rudely telling me im someone Im not then just walks out & say another Doctor can deal with her (I can pronounce the name) fyi shes im M.I.C.U St.John ( they all look alike just prejudice) so concern now if my mom is going to get the right treatment

From check in to the doctors, the staff is polite and professional! Dr Ausi stitched my son up one day, and I quickly switched doctors to him. Since then, any time I cant get an appointment, my kids or I are here. With the online check in, it saves so much time in the waiting area. Stitches, broken bones, sinus infection, or the flu, theyve helped it all!

I think this place takes great pride in making its patients wait for hours. I have been "burned" three times going there only to swear I will never return. Never seems to be many people there, but you can guarantee 2 hours wait when you walk through that door. No one is ever in a hurry or cares much about your problems.

Not greeted when I came in, took a little longer than one would expect. I am still coughing and have chest congestion breaking up after the medicine was depleted, I called in to refill the prescription. They stated I needed to come In and pay again to get a refill. I guess its all about the dollar and not the patient.

Went in for some chest discomfort. Doctor there said he saw an A-fib. Sent me to Emergency. Not one other doctor at the hospital saw an A-fib. Ended up being acid reflux. Ended up having to spend over $1000 after insurance thanks to this doctors misdiagnosis.

In and out quickly - Dr Ausi was great - listened, kind and compassionate. Wendy and Gloria the nurses were great. I highly recommend going there. I have been there several times for myself, and children - always great care.

Terrible service waited 2 hours and 15 minutes before the doctor came in my room and then had to wait another 45 for the xray and there was only 2 people ahead of me, will never recommend this place to anyone ever!

Cant say enough good things about this Urgent Care. very polite extremely fast and dr. Gupta was great! Very attention to detail, no rush and was very thural would recommend to anyone.
