All agents are busy please continue to hold... I could literally drive there while on hold ask them the simple 1 minute question and drive back while on hold. Average hold time seems to be 15-30 minutes along with an hour or longer wait to be seen by the actual doctor. Besides the super long waits these doctors do their best to push you out without fully examining why you came in the first place. My doctor soo Ignorant he has ruined my medical records by putting information in my record that isnt true. Im almost willing to seek legal help if not fixed.

I had to drive to the office just to make a doctors appointment because their phones were down on March 10th. They couldnt get me in that same day so they scheduled an appointment for me today March 20th at 730 pm...I drove up there and they said they had nothing in the computer for me. On top of that every time I come up here I pay may copay and for some strange reason every time I leave i get billed for the copay I paid all ready. Shut this place down!!!! I will never ever come here again and I suggest you dont either!!!!

I have been here for over 3 years. Recently I visited with my child for her well visit. We were disrespected by doctor Kelmendi, so shocked to have been spoken to that way all in front of our child who is very aware of how her ex doctor treated us. My child walked out and told us she didnt like that doctor and she doesnt want to go there anymore. I wouldnt recommend this place anyone ever. I will never be going back

I havent been to see a doctor in 10 or so years because whenever I go, the doctor spends very little time with me, doesnt listen and tells me generic answers to my questions. I caved after being sick for almost two weeks and my experience was painfully similar. I will happily go back to chiropractic and allowing my body to heal naturally as it always has. This was a waste of my money.

Ive been a patient for over 30 years and I must say this was one of the worst experience ever!! I would not recommend the doctor I saw today to anyone. I will be asking my insurance company how can I dispute his payment.

The facility staff is rude and the doctors are incompetent. Save yourself from a major hassle and choose a different office.
