Dodd is the best! I had no idea what to expect, but from the minute I was wheeled onto the 4th floor and was greeted with a genuine, spontaneous smile from one of the nurses passing by in the hall, I relaxed because knew I was in a good place. At all levels from Patient Care Associates to Nurses to MDs, staff were caring, competent, and knowledgeable in their realm of expertise, and also knew when to ask the next level for assistance. The Physical Therapists were fantastic, fully dedicated to guiding us through recuperation. They had great senses of humor, which I especially appreciated, and at the same time were firm and focused on our learning. My time in Dodd was the most enjoyable hospital stay of my life (surprisingly) as I recovered from major spinal surgery. This is a place where you will feel at home and can trust your caretakers.
